Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 항균제와 펙토리나린을 E. faecium 및 E. faecalis에 처리한 경우의 복합 효능을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다(A: E. faecium, B: E. faecalis).
도 3은 펙토리나린이 농도 의존적으로 T24 세포에 대한 미생물 부착을 감소시키는 효과를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다(A: E. faecium, B: E. faecalis).
도 4는 바이오필름이 형성된 경우에도 펙토리나린이 농도 의존적으로 대식세포의 식균작용을 촉진하는 결과를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다(A: E. faecium, B: E. faecalis).
도 5는 펙토리나린이 T24 세포와 대식세포에 대하여 독성이 있는지 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다(A: T24세포, B: RAW 246.7 대식세포).
도 6은 펙토리나린에 의한 E. faecalis 와 E. faecium의 바이오필름 병독성 인자와 정족수 감지 유전자의 저해효과를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다(A: E. faecium의 fsrB, fsrC, GelE, Acm, Scm, EbpA, Bps, EbrB, Esp 확인 결과, B: E. faecalis의 fsrB, fsrC, GelE, EbpB, Esp 확인 결과).
도 7은 펙토리나린에 의한 미생물 성장 억제 효과를 나타낸 것이다(A: E. faecalis, B: E. faecium).

Claims (12)
- 펙토리나린(Pectolinarin)을 포함하는, 바이오필름 형성 억제용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바이오필름은 엔테로코커스 패시움(Enterococcus faecium, E. faecium), 엔테로코커스 페칼리스(Enterococcus faecalis, E. faecalis), 대장균(E. coli), 스트렙토코커스 뮤탄스(Streptococcus mutans, S. mutans), 스트렙토코커스 소브리누스(Streptococcus sobrinus, S. sobrinus), 스태필로코커스 아우레우스(Staphylococcus aureus, S. aureus), 포르피로모나스 진지발리스(Porphyromonas gingivalis, P. gingivalis), 슈도모나스 아에루지노사(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, P.aeruginosa) 및 프로피오니박테리움 아크네스(Propionibacterium acnes, P. acnes)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 미생물에 의해 형성되는 것인, 바이오필름 형성 억제용 조성물. - 제1항의 조성물을 바이오필름이 형성되었거나 바이오필름 형성이 예상되는 표면에 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 바이오필름 형성 억제방법.
- 제1항의 조성물을 포함하는 항균용 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 항균용 조성물은 항생제를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 항균용 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 항생제는 반코마이신, 스트렙토마이신, 암피실린 및 옥시테트라사이클린으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것인, 항균용 조성물. - 제5항의 항균용 조성물을 포함하는, 미생물 감염에 대한 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 엔테로코커스 패시움(Enterococcus faecium, E. faecium), 엔테로코커스 페칼리스(Enterococcus faecalis, E. faecalis), 대장균(E. coli), 스트렙토코커스 뮤탄스(Streptococcus mutans, S. mutans), 스트렙토코커스 소브리누스(Streptococcus sobrinus, S. sobrinus), 스태필로코커스 아우레우스(Staphylococcus aureus, S. aureus), 포르피로모나스 진지발리스(Porphyromonas gingivalis, P. gingivalis), 슈도모나스 아에루지노사(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, P.aeruginosa) 및 프로피오니박테리움 아크네스(Propionibacterium acnes, P. acnes)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것인, 약학적 조성물.
