Claims (16)
- 오리피스를 구비하는 통모양의 파인버블 발생장치로서,
오리피스의 출구의 둘레벽에 오목부가 형성되는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 상기 오목부는, 상기 오리피스의 출구의 둘레벽에 있어서, 상기 오리피스의 중심을 그 중심으로 하여 원주방향 및 반경방향으로 균등하게 분배되어 있는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 오리피스의 출구의 둘레벽은, 상기 오리피스의 축에 대하여 수직방향으로 형성되어 있는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 오리피스의 입구를 향하여 지름을 점차 감소시키는 입구부가 상기 오리피스의 입구측에 형성되고, 확경부(擴徑部)가 상기 오리피스의 출구측에 형성되고, 상기 확경부의 내주면에는, 원주방향으로 연속 또는 단속적(斷續的)으로 제2오목부 또는 볼록부가 형성되는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 통모양 본체의 입구에서부터 지름을 점차 감소시키는 입구부와, 상기 입구부에 연속하는 오리피스와, 상기 오리피스에 연속하는 확경부가 순차적으로 형성되는 파인버블 발생장치로서,
상기 오리피스와 상기 확경부의 경계는, 반경방향에 있어서의 입면(立面)이 되고,
상기 확경부의 지름은, 상기 오리피스의 지름의 3∼10배이며,
상기 확경부는, 그 출구만이 해방되는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 경계는, 상기 오리피스의 축에 대하여 수직방향(±20도)으로 형성된 오리피스의 출구의 둘레벽으로 이루어지는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 출구의 둘레벽에 오목부가 형성되는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 제5항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 확경부의 내주면에는, 원주방향으로 연속 또는 단속적으로 제2오목부 또는 볼록부가 형성되는 파인버블 발생장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 하나의 항의 파인버블 발생장치와, 상기 파인버블 발생장치에 물을 공급하는 물 공급부를 구비하여 이루어지는 수처리장치.
- 상기 파인버블 발생장치에 의하여 발생된 상기 파인버블을 제거하는 파인버블 제거기가 더 구비되는 수처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 하나의 항의 파인버블 발생장치를 준비하는 스텝과,
상기 오리피스의 입구측에 물을 공급하는 스텝으로
이루어지는 수처리방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 오리피스의 출구측으로부터 배출된 물에 포함되는 파인버블을 제거하는 수처리방법.
- 물을 준비하는 스텝과,
상기 물을 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 하나의 항의 파인버블 발생장치에 의하여 처리하는 스텝을
구비하여 이루어지는 파인버블수의 제조방법.
- 제13항에서 제조된 파인버블수를 준비하는 스텝과,
상기 파인버블수로부터 파인버블의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하는 스텝을
구비하여 이루어지는 물의 제조방법.
- 제13항에서 제조된 파인버블수를 포함하는 세정제, 살균제, 소독제, 의약재, 식료재, 화장재.
- 제14항에서 제조된 물을 포함하는 세정제, 살균제, 소독제, 의약재, 식료재, 화장재, 건축재, 토목제, 비료재, 에멀션의 용매.
