- 양극; 음극; 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 형성된 유기물층; 및 캡핑층;을 포함하는 유기전기소자에 있어서,
상기 유기물층은 정공수송영역, 발광층 및 전자수송영역을 포함하고,
상기 전자수송영역은 전자수송층과 전자주입층을 포함하며,
상기 음극은 마그네슘(Mg)과 은(Ag)의 혼합물질이고, 이때 상기 은(Ag)의 비율이 80% 이상이며,
상기 캡핑층은 450 nm 파장에서 하기 식 1을 만족하는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자
