Claims (9)
- 분만 직후 신생아의 구강액에서 염증성 머커의 발현 또는 활성 수준을 측정할 수 있는 제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 급성 융모양막염 진단용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염증성 마커는 MMP-8 및 IL-8로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급성 융모양막염 진단용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염증성 마커의 발현 또는 활성 수준을 측정할 수 있는 제제는 염증성 마커에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 압타머인 것을 특징으로 하는 급성 융모양막염 진단용 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는, 급성 융모양막염 진단용 키트.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 키트는 PCR 키트, DNA 칩 키트, 단백질 칩 키트, 형광면역진단 키트 및 ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) 키트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급성 융모양막염 진단용 키트.
- 분만 직후 신생아로부터 구강액을 수집하는 단계;
상기 수집된 구강액에서 MMP-8 및 IL-8 발현 수준을 확인하는 단계; 및
상기 확인된 MMP-8 및 IL-8 발현 수준을 임계값 (cut-off value)과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 급성 융모양막염 진단방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 수집된 구강액에서 MMP-8 또는 IL-8 발현 수준을 확인하는 단계는 웨스턴 블랏, 엘라이자(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA), 방사선면역분석(Radioimmunoassay, RIA), 방사 면역 확산법(radioimmunodiffusion), 오우크테로니(Ouchterlony) 면역확산법, 로케트(rocket) 면역전기영동, 비색법(colorimetric method), 형광법(fluorimetric method), 발광법(luminometry), 조직면역 염색, 면역침전 분석법(Immunoprecipitation Assay), 보체 고정 분석법(Complement Fixation Assay), 유세포분석(Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter, FACS) 및 단백질 칩(protein chip)을 이용하는 방법으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 방법을 통해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 MMP-8의 임계값 (cut-off value)은 1 내지 40 ng/mL이고, IL-8의 임계값은 1 내지 3 ng/mL인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 진단방법은 확인된 MMP-8 및 IL-8 발현 수준이 임계값보다 높을 경우 급성 융모양막염으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단방법.
