Claims (15)
- 양극, 고체전해질층, 음극을 포함하는 단위 셀이 2개 이상 직렬로 연결된 전고체전지에 있어서,
상기 단위 셀이 직렬로 연결된 부분은 중앙에 다공성 지지층이 마련되고, 상기 다공성 지지층의 일면은 하나의 단위 셀의 음극이 배치되고, 그 대향면에 다른 단위 셀의 양극이 배치되는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 리튬 금속 또는 활물질층이 없는 집전체인 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층은
올레핀계 다공성 기재; 및
유리섬유 또는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상으로 제조된 시트나 부직포;
를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층은,
상기 올레핀계 다공성 기재 또는 시트나 부직포를 1층 이상으로 적층한 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층이 두 층 이상일 경우,
상기 다공성 지지층의 각 층은 각각 서로 다른 소재로 이루어져 있거나,
상기 다공성 지지층의 각 층이 모두 동일한 소재로 이루어진 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층은 압력이 가해질 때 두께가 감소하고, 상기 압력이 해소될 때 두께가 원복하여 상기 전고체전지 내부의 응력을 조절하는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 압력은 충전에 의해서 양극의 리튬 이온이 음극으로 이동하여 상기 음극과 상기 고체전해질층 사이에 증착됨으로서 발생하는 것인 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층은 리튬 증착으로 인한 두께 변화에 따른 응력을 조절하는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층은 상기 다공성 지지층의 두께 및 기공도에 비례하여 상기 응력을 조절하는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층은 20㎛ 내지 50㎛의 두께인 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 양극 집전체 및 상기 양극 집전체의 일면에 도포된 양극 활물질을 포함하는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은 상기 고체전해질층에 대면하고, 상기 양극 집전체는 상기 다공성 지지층에 대면하는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 지지층의 일면에 배치되는 하나의 단위 셀의 음극은 별도의 활물질층이 없는 리튬 금속이며, 상기 다공성 지지층의 대향면에 배치되는 다른 단위 셀의 양극은 양극 집전체인 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단위 셀은 파우치형 전지케이스 내에 수납되는 바이폴라 전고체전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단위 셀은 사용시 지그에 의해 압력이 가해지는 바이폴라 전고체전지.
