도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 컬러 및 미세 패턴 하드코팅 필름 제조방법의 공정을 나타낸 예시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 복합소재를 이용한 하드코팅 필름의 단면을 나타낸 단면도이다.
S110 : 패턴공정
S120 : 경화공정
S200 : 제2 단계
S300 : 제3 단계
S310 : 배치공정
S320 : 압착공정
S330 : 열경화공정
100 : 컬러 하드코팅수지
200 : 기재층
210 : PC수지층

Claims (4)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 수지 조성물을 혼합하고 교반한 베이스 수지 조성물에 컬러 하드코팅수지(Imprint)를 형성하는 제1 단계;
폴리카보네이트(PC)수지의 표면에 다른 폴리카보네이트(PC)수지를 UV접착제로 접착하는 PC수지층 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)수지의 표면에 폴리카보네이트(PC)수지를 배치하고, 상기 폴리카보네이트(PC)수지의 타면에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)수지를 배치한 후 각 층을 UV접착제로 접착하는 복합수지층 중 어느 하나를 구비하여 기재층을 형성하는 제2 단계; 및
상기 기재층의 표면에 상기 컬러 하드코팅수지(Imprint)를 접착하는 제3 단계를 포함하는
컬러 및 미세 패턴 하드코팅 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계는
상기 베이스 수지 조성물에 상기 컬러 하드코팅수지(Imprint)를 도포하여 선 코팅을 하고, 상기 컬러 하드코팅수지(Imprint)의 타면에 LED를 조사하여 상기 컬러 하드코팅수지의 표면에 임의의 컬러 및 미세 패턴을 형성하는 패턴공정; 및
상기 패턴공정 후, 상기 컬러 하드코팅수지의 표면에 UV를 조사하여 경화시키는 경화공정을 더 포함하고,
상기 패턴공정은 불량이 발생 시, 해당 컬러 하드코팅수지가 도포된 베이스 수지 조성물을 폐기하고, 다음 공정을 진행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는
컬러 및 미세 패턴 하드코팅 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 단계는
상기 컬러 하드코팅수지를 배치하여 복합층을 형성하는 배치공정;
상기 복합층의 양면을 압착시키는 압착공정; 및
상기 압착된 상기 복합층의 표면을 NIR히터로 조사하여 경화시키는 열경화공정을 더 포함하는
컬러 및 미세 패턴 하드코팅 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 컬러 하드코팅수지는
아크릴레이트 올리고머 100 중량부에 대하여 아크릴레이트 모노머 30 내지 50 중량부, 광개시제 2 내지 11 중량부를 혼합 및 교반하여 제조된 베이스 수지 조성물;
상기 제조된 베이스 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 색상을 발현하는 안료 10 내지 22 중량부, 조성물의 안정화를 위한 첨가제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 혼합 및 교반하여 제조된 제1 수지 조성물; 및
상기 제조된 베이스 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 조성물의 안정화를 위한 첨가제 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 불소 1 내지 5 중량부를 혼합 및 교반하여 제조된 제2 수지 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 제조된 제2 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 제조된 제1 수지 조성물을 10 내지 30 중량부 혼합하여 UV 경화형 컬러 미세 패턴 형성용 조성물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
컬러 및 미세 패턴 하드코팅 필름.
