도 2는 ROR-beta asiRNA 62종을 Y-79 세포에 처리한 후, 이에 따른 ROR-beta 단백질의 발현 변화를 확인한 결과이다.
도 3은 ROR-beta asiRNA 13종을 Y-79 세포에 처리한 후, 이에 따른 ROR-beta 단백질의 발현 변화를 확인한 결과이다.

- ROR-beta(Retinoid-related orphan nuclear receptor)를 코딩하는 mRNA와 상보적인 서열을 포함하는 안티센스 가닥과, 상기 안티센스 가닥과 상보적 결합을 형성하는 센스 가닥을 포함하고, 상기 안티센스 가닥의 5' 말단 및 센스 가닥의 3' 말단은 블런트 말단(blunt end)을 형성하는 것인 RNAi 유도용 핵산 분자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 센스 가닥은 15 내지 17nt의 길이를 가지고, 상기 안티센스 가닥은 18nt 내지 23nt의 길이를 가지는 것인 RNAi 유도용 핵산 분자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 센스 가닥은 서열번호 27, 29, 51, 83, 85, 91, 95, 97, 103, 105, 107, 109, 및 115로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 RNAi 유도용 핵산 분자.

- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 센스 가닥은 하기로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화학적 변형을 포함하는 것인 RNAi 유도용 핵산 분자:
3'말단으로부터 인접한 2 내지 4개의 뉴클레오티드 결합이 포스포로티오에이트(phosphorothioate), 보라노포페이트(boranophosphate), 또는 메틸포스포네이트(methyl phosphonate)로 변형;
2개 이상의 뉴클레오티드 내 당 구조의 2' 탄소 위치에서 -OH기가 -CH3(methyl), -OCH3(methoxy), -NH2, -F(불소), -O-2-메톡시에틸 -O-프로필(propyl), -O-2-메틸티오에틸(methylthioethyl), -O-3-아미노프로필, -O-3-디메틸아미노프로필로 치환;

센스 가닥의 3' 말단에 콜레스테롤 또는 팔미트산 결합; 및
