Claims (10)
- 케이싱;
상기 케이싱의 내부에 마련되는 팬;
상기 팬에 의해 발생된 바람을 전달받는 열교환부;
상기 열교환부를 경유한 바람이 저장고에 전달되는 것을 제어하기 위해 상기 케이싱에 계폐 가능하게 마련되는 댐퍼;
상기 열교환부로 냉매를 전달하는 냉매관에 마련되는 팽창밸브; 및
상기 열교환부로 열을 전달하는 히터부;를 포함하며,
상기 댐퍼와 상기 열교환부 및 상기 팽창밸브는 적어도 하나 이상으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 팬과 상기 댐퍼와 상기 팽창밸브 및 상기 히터부를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 트징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
저장고의 내부 온도를 -18도 이하로 유지시키는 냉동모드;
상기 저장고의 내부 온도를 -5도~5도로 유지시키는 냉장모드; 및
상기 저장고의 내부 온도를 -3도~3도로 유지하고 습도를 90% 이상으로 유지시키는 고습도 냉장모드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부에 발생된 적상을 제거하는 제상모드;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 냉동모드에서는, 상기 댐퍼와 상기 열교환부 및 상기 팽창밸브가 다수개로 마련되었을 경우, 상기 다수개의 댐퍼 중에서 적어도 하나 이상의 댐퍼만를 개방시키고, 또한, 상기 개방된 댐퍼 측에 배치된 상기 열교환부로 냉매가 전달되도록 상기 다수개의 팽창밸브 중에서 적어도 하나 이상의 팽창밸브를 개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 냉장모드에서는, 상기 다수개의 댐퍼가 개방된 상태를 이루되 상기 다수개의 댐퍼 측에 각각 배치된 상기 다수개의 열교환부로 냉매가 전달되도록, 상기 다수개의 팽창밸브를 개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 고습도 냉장모드에서는, 상기 다수개의 댐퍼가 개방된 상태를 이루되 상기 다수개의 댐퍼 측에 각각 배치된 상기 다수개의 열교환부로 냉매가 전달되도록, 상기 다수개의 팽창밸브를 개방시키는 것을 포함하며,
상기 다수개의 팽창밸브가 개방된 정도는 상대적으로 상기 냉장모드에서보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제상모드에서는, 상기 다수개의 댐퍼를 닫힘 상태로 작동시키고, 상기 다수개의 팽창밸브도 닫힘 상태로 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 팽창밸브는, 냉매량의 조절 범위를 정밀하게 제어하고 넓히기 위하여 전자식으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 팽창밸브는, 상기 열교환부의 개수와 대응되는 개수로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동/냉장 겸용 고습도 증발기.
