Claims (5)
- 유입구와 유출구를 갖는 복수개의 여과챔버가 연속적으로 연결되는 챔버모듈을 포함하되,
상기 여과챔버의 내부에는 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막이 충진되고, 상기 여과챔버마다 상기 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막의 충진밀도는 다르도록 구성되고,
상기 챔버모듈의 전단에는 복수의 전처리필터가 구비되고, 상기 전처리필터와 상기 챔버모듈 사이에 상기 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막 보다 길이가 짧은 보조 중공사형 나노 복합막이 충진되는 예비챔버가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 나노 복합막을 이용한 수처리장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 여과챔버들은,
순차적으로 직렬로 연결되되, 첫번째 여과챔버에 충진되는 상기 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막의 충진밀도가 가장 낮고, 마지막 여과챔버에 충진되는 상기 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막의 충진밀도가 가장 높도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 나노 복합막을 이용한 수처리장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 예비챔버에 충진되는 상기 보조 중공사형 나노 복합막은 상기 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막의 제조시에 발생되는 불균일한 길이를 갖는 중공사형 나노 복합막을 수집하여 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 나노 복합막을 이용한 수처리장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 예비챔버는,
복수개가 병렬로 연결되며, 상기 예비챔버의 유입측에는 체크밸브가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 나노 복합막을 이용한 수처리장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 여과챔버는,
중간부근에 무수한 통공을 갖는 격막이 마련되고, 상기 격막을 기준으로 좌우 양측에서 상기 메인 중공사형 나노 복합막이 삽입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 나노 복합막을 이용한 수처리장치.
