Abstract
본 발명은 연삭능력이 떨어지지만 강도가 충분한 폐내화물로부터 추출한 산화알루미나를 중심부에 배치하고 원자재인 산화알루미나를 외부에 배치함으로써 연마지석의 품질 및 신뢰성을 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 폐내화물을 재활용함으로써 폐기물처리비용을 절감할 수 있고, 환경을 보호할 수 있으며, 자원의 활용도를 높이는 효과가 있다.

도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석의 제조방법으로 제조된 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석의 사진이다.

Claims (9)
- (a) 폐내화물을 알루미나를 포함하는 폐내화물과 기타 폐내화물로 분리하는 분리단계;
(b) 상기 알루미나를 포함하는 폐내화물을 분쇄기로 투입하여 1차적으로 분쇄하는 1차분쇄단계;
(c) 1차 분쇄된 폐내화물로부터 1차적으로 탈철하는 1차탈철단계;
(d) 1차 탈철된 폐내화물을 2차적으로 분쇄하는 2차분쇄단계;
(e) 2차 분쇄된 폐내화물을 2차적으로 탈철하는 2차탈철단계;
(f) 2차 탈철된 폐내화물을 3차적으로 분쇄하는 3차분쇄단계;
(g) 3차 분쇄된 폐내화물 중 입도 크기가 20 ∼ 220mesh인 폐내화물을 선별하는 선별단계;
(h) 선별된 폐내화물 표면을 수세(washing)하여 분진을 제거하는 수세단계;
(i) 수세된 폐내화물을 건조하는 건조단계;
(j) 건조된 폐내화물을 혼련하는 혼련단계;
(k) 혼련된 폐내화물을 압축하고 성형하여 연마지석으로 형성하는 압축성형단계;
(l) 압축성형된 연마지석을 검수하는 검수단계;
(m) 검수된 연마지석을 포장하는 포장단계; 및
(n) 포장된 연마지석을 출하하는 출하단계;
를 포함하는 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석 제조방법.
- 미리 정해진 크기의 반경의 범위 내에 위치하고 산화 알루미나계의 폐내화물을 포함하는 중심부재; 및
상기 중심부재의 반경을 초과하는 범위의 외부재;
를 포함하는 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재는 청구항 1의 연마지석 제조방법을 이용하여 제조된 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재는 상기 중심부재와 상기 외부재의 합쳐진 부피에 대하여 60 ∼ 80%에 해당하고,
상기 외부재는 상기 중심부재와 상기 외부재의 합쳐진 부피에 대하여 20 ∼ 40%에 해당하는 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재는,
산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 90 ∼ 95 질량%;
산화철(Fe2O3) 0 ∼ 0.8 질량%; 및
기타 물질 4.9 ∼ 9.3 질량%
을 포함하는 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재의 입도 크기는 20 ∼ 220mesh인 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재의 비커스 경도(Vicker's hardness,HV)는 1,700 ∼ 2,100인 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재의 용적밀도(Bulk Density)는 1.50 ∼ 1.98g/㎤인 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중심부재의 진비중은 3.50 ∼ 3.93g/㎤인 폐내화물을 포함하는 연마지석.
