Claims (12)
- 식 (I)의 화합물과 카르복실산에스테르 화합물을 포함하는 전해액으로서,
여기서, R11, R12, R13, R14는 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로겐, 시아노, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1- 20알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C3- 20사이클로알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C2- 20알케닐, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1- 20알콕시, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1- 20헤테로고리기, 치환 또는 미치환된 C6- 20아릴, 치환 또는 미치환된 C6- 20헤테로아릴 또는 -R0-O-R기, 치환 또는 미치환된 술톤, 치환 또는 미치환된 아황산락톤, 치환 또는 미치환된 황산락톤으로부터 선택되되,
여기서, 상기 헤테로고리기 중의 헤테로원자가 O, S, N 또는 P로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이거나; 또는 R11과 R12가 이들에 연결되는 탄소원자와 함께 5원 내지 10원의 고리형 구조를 형성하고, 상기 고리형 구조에 헤테로원자가 임의로 함유되며, 상기 고리형 구조 중의 헤테로원자가 O, S, N 또는 P로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며;
여기서, R0은 C1- 6알킬렌로부터 선택되고, R은 술포닐, 메틸술포닐, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1- 20알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C3- 20사이클로알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C2-20알케닐, 치환 또는 미치환된 C6- 20아릴 또는 치환 또는 미치환된 C6- 20헤테로아릴로부터 선택되며;
여기서, R11, R12, R13, R14, R이 각각 독립적으로 치환된 경우, 치환기는 할로겐, 시아노, 술포닐, 메틸술포닐, C1- 20알킬, C3- 20사이클로알킬, C1- 20알콕시, C2- 20알케닐, C6- 20아릴, C6- 20헤테로아릴 또는 이들의 임의의 조합으로부터 선택되는, 전해액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 카르복실산에스테르 화합물이 식 (II)의 화합물을 포함하되:
여기서, R21, R22는 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로겐, 시아노, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1-20알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C3- 20사이클로알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C2- 20알케닐, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1- 20알콕시, 치환 또는 미치환된 C6- 20아릴 또는 치환 또는 미치환된 C6-20헤테로아릴로부터 선택되고;
여기서, R21, R22가 각각 독립적으로 치환된 경우, 치환기는 할로겐, 시아노, C1-20알킬, C3- 20사이클로알킬, C1- 20알콕시, C2- 20알케닐, C6- 20아릴 또는 이들의 임의의 조합으로부터 선택되고;
여기서, 상기 카르복실산에스테르 화합물의 중량 퍼센트는 상기 전해액의 총 중량을 기준으로, b wt%이며, b가 0.05-75인, 전해액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전해액에 식 (III)의 화합물이 더 포함되되:

여기서, M는 C, Si로부터 선택되는 1종이고;
R31, R32, R33는 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 미치환된 C1-C20알킬렌, 치환 또는 미치환된 C2-C20알케닐렌, -R35-S-R36- 또는 -R37-O-R38-로부터 선택되고, R35, R36, R37 및 R38은 각각 독립적으로 단일 결합, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1-C20알킬렌 혹은 치환 또는 미치환된 C2-C20알케닐렌이며;
R34는 H, 치환 또는 미치환된 C1-C20알킬, 치환 또는 미치환된 C2-C20알케닐로부터 선택되고;
여기서 R31, R32, R33, R34, R35, R36, R37및 R38이 각각 독립적으로 치환된 경우, 치환기는 할로겐, 시아노, C1- 20알킬, C3- 20사이클로알킬, C1- 20알콕시, C2- 20알케닐, C6-20아릴 또는 이들의 임의의 조합으로부터 선택되고;
상기 식 (III)의 화합물의 중량 퍼센트가 상기 전해액의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.01 wt%-5 wt%인 전해액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전해액에 리튬염 첨가제가 더 포함되고, 상기 리튬염 첨가제가 하기 리튬염 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며:
LiPO2F2, 리튬 비스(트리플루오로메탄술포닐)이미드, 리튬 비스(플루오로술포닐)이미드, 리튬 비스(옥살레이트)보레이트, 리튬 테트라플루오로(옥살라토)인산염, 또는 리튬 디플루오로(옥살레이트)보레이트;
상기 리튬염 첨가제의 중량 퍼센트가 상기 전해액의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.001 wt%-5 wt%인, 전해액. - 양극 활물질이 들어있는 양극 활물질층을 구비한 양극과, 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전해액을 포함하는, 전기화학 디바이스.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학 디바이스의 전해액에 구리이온이 더 포함되고,
여기서, 상기 구리이온의 함유량이 상기 전해액의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.01ppm-50ppm인 전기화학 디바이스. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질에 Ti원소가 포함되고,
상기 Ti원소의 함유량이 상기 양극 활물질층의 총 중량을 기준으로, tХ102ppm이며, t가 2-10이면서, (a+b)/t≤35에 만족되는 전기화학 디바이스. - 전자 디바이스로서, 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기화학 디바이스가 구비된, 전자 디바이스.
