Claims (10)
- 선박용 SCR 시스템의 반응장치에 있어서,
흡입 파이프라인 및 상기 흡입 파이프라인 외부에 슬리빙되는 송출 파이프라인을 포함하는 수송유닛;
일단이 상기 수송유닛에 연결되며, 상기 흡입 파이프라인과 연통되는 내통 및 상기 내통 외부에 슬리빙되고 상기 송출 파이프라인과 연통되는 외통을 포함하는 반응챔버;
상기 내통과 상기 외통 사이에 구비되는 적어도 하나의 촉매모듈; 및
상기 반응챔버의 타단에 연결되고 상기 내통 및 상기 외통 모두와 연통되는 가스 균질화 챔버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응장치는 스프레이 건을 포함하는 스프레이 어셈블리를 더 포함하며, 상기 스프레이 건은 연장되어 상기 흡입 파이프라인에 유입되며, 상기 스프레이 건의 노즐은 상기 반응챔버 측으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응챔버로부터 멀리 떨어진 상기 송출 파이프라인의 일단은 폐쇄되고, 상기 송출 파이프라인의 측벽에는 반응된 배기가스를 배출하기 위한 배기 파이프라인이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내통과 상기 외통의 단면은 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 균질화 챔버와 마주하는 상기 촉매모듈 중 하나의 측면은 상기 가스 균질화 챔버에 근접한 상기 내통의 단면과 동일한 평면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응장치는 디플렉터를 더 포함하며, 상기 디플렉터는 상기 가스 균질화 챔버 내부에 배치되어 배기가스의 흐름 방향을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 디플렉터는 환류 링을 포함하며, 상기 환류 링은 원뿔대 형상의 통모양이며, 상기 환류 링의 상단부는 상기 반응챔버와 마주하는 상기 가스 균질화 챔버의 벽면에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디플렉터는,
원추형으로 구성되며, 원추의 상단은 상기 반응챔버를 향해 배치되며, 하부 개구는 상기 환류 링의 상단 개구를 커버하며, 상기 환류 링과 이격되는 유동가이드 링;
수평방향 및/또는 수직방향을 따라 상기 유동가이드 링과 상기 환류 링 사이에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 가스 균질화 플레이트;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 디플렉터는 적어도 하나의 가스 균질화 링을 포함하며, 상기 가스 균질화 링은 원추형 구조이며, 상기 가스 균질화 링의 상단은 상기 반응챔버를 등지고 배치되며, 상기 유동가이드 링과 멀리 떨어진 상기 가스 균질화 플레이트의 단부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유동가이드 링, 상기 환류 링 및 상기 가스 균질화 챔버 각각의 중심축은 일치한 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
