Claims (11)
- 적어도 하나의 유체 경로(27)가 통과하는 하우징(26) 및 상기 유체 경로(27)에 할당된 폐쇄 유닛(29)을 갖는 밸브 어셈블리이며, 상기 폐쇄 유닛(29)은 폐쇄 유닛(30)의 종방향 중심축(31)과 관련하여 축방향으로 변위될 수 있게 장착된 폐쇄 요소(30)를 가지고, 유체 경로(27)의 유동 단면이 폐쇄 요소(30)의 제1 슬라이딩 위치에서 폐쇄되고, 폐쇄 요소(30)의 제2 슬라이딩 위치에서 개방되며, 폐쇄 요소(30)가 제1 슬라이딩 위치에서 출발하여 리턴 스프링(34)의 스프링 힘에 대항하여 축방향으로 변위될 수 있도록, 한편으로 폐쇄 요소(30)와 다른 한편으로 지지 요소(35) 사이에 축방향으로 예압된 상태로 상기 리턴 스프링(34)이 보유되는, 밸브 어셈블리에 있어서,
지지 요소(35)는 축방향으로 변위 가능하게 장착되고, 한편으로 지지 요소(35)와 다른 한편으로 하우징(26) 사이에 축방향으로 예압된 상태로 보유되는 스프링 요소(39)가 제공되며, 스프링 요소(39)의 스프링 상수가 리턴 스프링(34)의 스프링 상수보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서, 폐쇄 요소(30)는 솔레노이드 전기자(32)와 결합되고, 폐쇄 유닛(29)은 솔레노이드 전기자(32)의 축방향 변위를 위한 구동 가능한 전자석(33)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전자석(33)은 스프링 요소(39)의 스프링 힘에 대항하여 축방향으로 변위될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지 요소(35)는 슬리브 섹션(36)을 가지며, 폐쇄 요소(30) 및/또는 솔레노이드 전기자(32)가 슬리브 섹션(36) 내에 축방향으로 변위 가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 어셈블리는 지지 디스크(44)를 가지며, 지지 요소(35) 및/또는 전자석(32)이 지지 디스크(44)에 의해 축방향으로 스프링 요소(39)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 어셈블리는 추가 유체 경로(28) 및 상기 추가 유체 경로(28)에 할당된 추가 폐쇄 유닛(129)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제6항에 있어서, 추가 폐쇄 유닛(129)은 추가 지지 요소(135)를 가지며, 스프링 요소(39)는 한편으로 지지 요소(35) 및 추가 지지 요소(135)와 다른 한편으로 하우징(26) 사이에서 축방향으로 예압된 상태로 보유되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스프링 요소(39)는 스프링 플레이트(39)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 유체 챔버(17)를 구비한 펌프 장치(10) 및 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밸브 어셈블리(11)를 가진 펌프 모듈이며, 유체 챔버(17)와 밸브 어셈블리(11)가 유체공학적으로 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유체 챔버(17)의 유입구(23)가 유체 경로(27)와 연결되고, 유체 챔버(17)의 배출구(24)는 추가 유체 경로(28)와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 밸브 어셈블리.
- 액체 배기가스 후처리제(4)를 위한 탱크(3), 배기가스 후처리제(4)를 자동차의 배기관(2) 내로 계량공급하도록 구성된 계량공급 장치(5) 및 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 펌프 모듈(9)을 구비한 배기가스 후처리 시스템이며,
펌프 모듈(9)은 탱크(3)로부터 계량공급 장치(5)로 배기가스 후처리제(4)를 이송하도록 구성되는, 배기가스 후처리 시스템.
