Claims (5)
- 용기형태로 이루어지고 내측면에 제조하고자 하는 아이스크림 형상이 각각 조각된 한 쌍의 금형에 아이스크림 믹스를 담는 단계와,
상기 한 쌍의 금형에 담긴 아이스크림 믹스를 냉동시키는 단계와, 상기 냉동된 아이스크림을 한 쌍의 금형으로 부터 분리하는 단계와,
상기 분리된 각각의 아이스크림을 서로 맞대어 접합하는 단계와,
상기 접합된 아이스크림의 표면에 미리 준비한 액상의 초콜릿을 초콜릿 분사장치로 분사하여 피복하는 단계와,
상기 초콜릿이 피복된 아이스크림을 다시 냉각시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 입체형상을 갖는 아이스크림 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 금형은 아이스크림의 상부부분을 성형하기 위한 상부금형과, 아이스크림의 하부부분을 성형하기 위한 하부금형으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 입체형상을 갖는 아이스크림 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 아이스크림의 표면에 액상의 초콜릿을 분사함에 있어 상기 아이스크림은 턴테이블에 의해 회전되도록 하고 상기 턴테이블의 주변에는 초콜릿 분사장치가 배치되어 회전하는 아이스크림에 초콜릿을 분사할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 입체형상을 갖는 아이스크림 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 금형으로 부터 냉동 후 분리하는 단계에 있어서, 상기 금형으로 부터 분리되는 아이스크림에는 각각 수평면이 형성되어 서로 접합시키기 용이하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 입체형상을 갖는 아이스크림 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 금형 중 아이스크림의 상부부분을 성형하기 위한 금형의 바닥에는 돌출부가 형성되어 상부 아이스크림의 상단에 장식부재를 꽂을 수 있는 오목홈이 형성될 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 입체형상을 갖는 아이스크림 제조방법.
