Claims (4)
- 마이크로버블 발생 장치의 분사 헤드에 장착되는 노즐에 있어서,
소정 길이의 통체로 이루어지되 압축된 공기와 물의 혼합물이 선회 이동하도록 스크루 형태의 선회 통로부(11)가 구비되는 노즐 바디(10);
노즐 바디 선단부 내측에 전후 이동 가능하게 장착되어 상기 혼합물을 가압하여 버블을 형성하는 원판형 가압부(20);
노즐 바디의 내측에 밀접하게 삽입 설치되어 버블이 포함된 혼합물이 통과하면서 마이크로버블이 형성되도록 미세 기공을 가진 원판형 다공판부재(30);
노즐 바디의 말단부에 형성되어 마이크로버블이 포함된 혼합물을 분사 배출하는 분사부(40);를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 마이크로버블 발생 노즐 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 바디(10)는 마이크로버블이 포함된 혼합물이 분출되는 방향으로 단면적이 점점 확장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로버블 발생 노즐 유닛. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 바디(10)는 중간 부위의 단면적이 좁아지게 형성되고 말단 부위의 단면적이 다시 넓어지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로버블 발생 노즐 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공판부재(30)는 노즐 바디에 복수 이상 이상 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로버블 발생 노즐 유닛.
