Claims (15)
- 스텐트로서,
복수의 셀이 관형 벽의 두께를 통해 연장되는 상기 관형 벽을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 스트러트(strut)를 포함하는 세장형 관형 부재로서, 방사상으로 접힌 구성(radially collapsed configuration)과 방사상으로 확장된 구성(radially expanded configuration) 간에 변경되도록 구성되는, 상기 세장형 관형 부재;
상기 세장형 관형 부재 상에 배치되고 상기 복수의 셀에 걸치는 코팅으로서, 상기 복수의 셀 중 적어도 일부 내에 포켓을 형성하고 공극을 획정하기 위해 상기 관형 벽의 방사상 내향으로 연장되는, 상기 코팅; 및
상기 포켓의 적어도 일부 내에 배치된 파티션으로서, 각각은 상기 포켓의 하단면으로부터 방사상 외향으로 연장되고 상기 공극을 횡단하는, 상기 파티션
을 포함하는, 스텐트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파티션의 적어도 일부는 일반적으로 상기 세장형 관형 부재의 중심 길이방향 축과 수직으로 연장되는, 스텐트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파티션의 적어도 일부는 일반적으로 상기 세장형 관형 부재의 중심 길이방향 축과 평행하게 연장되는, 스텐트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파티션의 적어도 일부는 상기 세장형 관형 부재의 중심 길이방향 축에 대해 사각으로 연장되는, 스텐트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파티션의 높이는 상부에 상기 코팅이 배치된 상기 적어도 하나의 스트러트의 높이와 대략 같은, 스텐트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 스트러트는 복수의 교차점을 형성하는, 스텐트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 파티션의 적어도 일부는 인접한 교차점 간에 연장되는, 스텐트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파티션의 적어도 일부는 상기 파티션이 배치되는 상기 포켓의 제1 측면에서 상기 포켓의 제2 측면까지 연장되는, 스텐트.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 포켓은 2개 이상의 파티션을 포함하는, 스텐트.

상기 포켓은 피라미드 형상이고, 4개의 수렴되는 측벽 및 상기 4개의 수렴되는 측벽의 각각과 교차하는 기저벽을 갖는, 스텐트. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 포켓의 적어도 일부 내에 배치된 파티션을 더 포함하되, 각각의 파티션은 상기 포켓의 상기 기저면으로부터 방사상 외향으로 연장되고 상기 공극을 횡단하는, 스텐트.
