Abstract
본 발명으로 시행된 코팅은 내열성, 내화학성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라 기능성 세라믹 소재의 역할로 인체에 가장 유익한 파장대인 5~20㎛ 영역에서 90.2%가 방사되고, 방사에너지는 3.690×102W/m2(한국세라믹기술원 분석)를 나타내는 뛰어난 코팅제이다. 본 원적외선 방사효과로 코팅의 주 목적인 표면 보호는 물론 항균, 항곰팡이 및 탈취 등에도 뛰어난 효능(한국건설생활환경시험연구원 분석)을 가진 신 개념의 세라믹 코팅제이다. 또한 본 발명의 코팅제는 내산성, 내알칼리성, 촉진내후성, 염수에 대한 내구성등 물리적 성질도 우수하며, VOCs 및 포름알데히드 등 대기오염물질을 발생하지 않는 친환경적인 코팅제이다.

Claims (2)
- 기능성 세라믹 소재를 함유한 무기질 세라믹 코팅제의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 기능성 세라믹 소재를 함유한 무기질 세라믹 코팅제의 제조방법은, 규산염계 광물의 분말 10~20 w%, 이산화망가니즈(MnO2) 5~10 wt%를 1000mesh 이상으로 분쇄하여 물 혹은 용제 70~85 wt%에 분산시킨 기능성 세라믹 혼합물50 wt%, 여기에 무기질 결합제인 이산화규소에 알칼리를 융해해서 얻은 규산나트륨(액상) 수용액인 물유리 20~40 wt% 알킬실란 25~50 wt%, 안료 5~8 wt%, 반응촉매인 아세트산 5~10 wt%를 혼합하여 pH농도를 3.5~4.0으로 맞춘 반응액 50 wt%를 혼합하여 가수분해로 제조되는 기능성 세라믹 도료 조성물의 주제부를 제조하는 단계와,
여기에 알콕시실란 계열의 실란 화합물50~60 wt%와 IPA(이소프로필알코올) 40~50 wt%를 혼합한 유기알콕시실란계 화합물로 우수한 소결 밀도를 형성시킬 수 있는 경화제를 제조하는 단계와,
상기의 주제와 경화제를 1:1로 혼합하여 300rpm 내외로 회전하는 롤링 머신으로 상온 조건에서 15~24시간(바람직하게는 20시간 내외) 가수분해 및 축합반응을 일으키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 세라믹 소재를 함유한 무기질 세라믹 코팅제의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1항의 기재로 완성된 기능성 세라믹 코팅제가 샌드 블러스팅 혹은 쇼트 블러스팅으로 표면의 이물질을 제거한 후, 금속의 표면에 스프레이 혹은 담금 기법(Dipping)을 이용하여 60~180㎛의 도막을 형성시키고 도막이 건조된 후, 150~300℃의 가열로에서 5분 ~ 20분 동안의 열처리를 하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 세라믹 소재를 함유한 무기질 세라믹 코팅제의 제조방법
