Claims (13)
- 복수의 전지 모듈이 장착되는 팩 프레임; 및
상기 복수의 전지 모듈의 하면에 위치하는 히트 싱크; 및
상기 히트 싱크와 상기 복수의 전지 모듈의 하면 사이에 위치하는 열전달 부재를 포함하고,
상기 히트 싱크의 적어도 일 단부에 절연 부재가 부착되어 있는 전지 팩. - 제1항에서,
상기 절연 부재 중 적어도 일부가 상기 열전달 부재와 상기 히트 싱크 사이에 위치하는 전지 팩. - 제2항에서,
상기 절연 부재 중 적어도 일부는 상기 히트 싱크의 단부의 모서리를 커버하는 전지 팩. - 제2항에서,
상기 절연 부재 중 적어도 일부는 상기 히트 싱크의 단부 측면을 따라 연장되어 있는 전지 팩. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지 모듈은 제1 전지 모듈 및 제2 전지 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 제1 전지 모듈은 상기 팩 프레임의 상부에 장착되고, 상기 복수의 제2 전지 모듈은 상기 팩 프레임의 하부에 장착되는 전지 팩. - 제5항에서,
상기 히트 싱크는 제1 히트 싱크 및 제2 히트 싱크를 포함하고,
상기 제1 히트 싱크는 상기 복수의 제1 전지 모듈의 하면에 위치하고, 상기 제2 히트 싱크는 상기 복수의 제2 전지 모듈의 하면에 위치하는 전지 팩. - 제6항에서,
상기 절연 부재는 제1 절연 부재 및 제2 절연 부재를 포함하고,
상기 제1 절연 부재는 상기 제1 히트 싱크의 적어도 일 단부에 부착되어 있고,
상기 제2 절연 부재는 상기 제2 히트 싱크의 적어도 일 단부에 부착되어 있는 전지 팩. - 제7항에서,
상기 제1 히트 싱크와 상기 복수의 제2 전지 모듈의 상부 사이에 위치하는 수평 플레이트를 더 포함하는 전지 팩. - 제8항에서,
상기 복수의 제2 전지 모듈에 포함된 상기 제2 전지 모듈의 개수는 상기 복수의 제1 전지 모듈에 포함된 상기 제1 전지 모듈의 개수보다 많은 전지 팩. - 제9항에서,
상기 제2 히트 싱크는 한 쌍의 상기 제1 히트 싱크가 나란히 배치되어 서로 연결되어 있는 구조를 가지는 전지 팩. - 제10항에서,
상기 열전달 부재는 상기 한 쌍의 상기 제1 히트 싱크 상에 각각 위치하되, 서로 이격되어 있는 전지 팩. - 제10항에서,
상기 제2 절연 부재는 한 쌍의 상기 제1 히트 싱크의 양 단부에 각각 부착되어 있는 전지 팩. - 제1항에 따른 전지 팩을 포함하는 디바이스.
