Claims (6)
- 이액 경화형 접착제의 주제 및 경화제 중 어느 한쪽을 도공액으로 하여 제1 웹에 도공하는 제1 도공 공정과,
상기 주제 및 상기 경화제 중, 상기 제1 웹에 도공하여 있지 않는 다른 한쪽을 도공액으로 하여 제2 웹에 도공하는 제2 도공 공정과,
상기 제1 웹의 도공액 도공면과 상기 제2 웹의 도공액 도공면을 첩합시켜서, 상기 주제와 상기 경화제를 반응시켜 고분자량화하는 첩합 공정을 포함하고,
상기 제1 도공 공정 및 상기 제2 도공 공정에서는,
그라비아 도공기에 의해, 상기 주제 또는 상기 경화제를 도공하는,
것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주제는 폴리올이고, 상기 경화제는 이소시아네이트이고,
상기 첩합 공정에서는,
상기 주제와 상기 경화제를 결합시켜 폴리우레탄 수지로 하는,
것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 그라비아 도공기는,
챔버 닥터(Chamber Doctor)를 갖는 오프셋 그라비아 도공기인,
것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 도공 공정의 도공량 및 상기 제2 도공 공정의 도공량은,
0.3~3.0g/㎡인,
것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 방법. - 이액 경화형 접착제의 주제 및 경화제 중 어느 한쪽을 도공액으로 하여 제1 웹에 도공하는 제1 도공부와,
상기 주제 및 상기 경화제 중, 상기 제1 웹에 도공하여 있지 않는 다른 한쪽을 도공액으로 하여 제2 웹에 도공하는 제2 도공부와,
상기 제1 웹의 도공액 도공면과 상기 제2 웹의 도공액 도공면을 첩합시켜서, 상기 주제와 상기 경화제를 반응시켜 고분자량화하는 첩합부를 구비하고,
상기 제1 도공부 및 상기 제2 도공부는 그라비아 도공기인,
것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 주제는 폴리올이고, 상기 경화제는 이소시아네이트이고,
상기 첩합부는, 상기 주제와 상기 경화제를 결합시켜 폴리우레탄 수지로 하는,
것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 장치.
