Abstract

신체에 착용하는 웨어러블 타입의 착용 도구 모듈; 상기 착용 도구는 신체와 맞닿으며 피부에 자극을 제공하는 자극 제공 모듈; 상기 하드웨어와 연동되는 소프트웨어모듈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 시스템을 통해 수면 장애를 겪는 사람들 나아가 수면 케어가 필요한 동물들에게 전반적으로 작용되어 수면의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Description

수면 유도 시스템{Sleep Induction System}
본 발명은 수면 장애를 겪는 사람이나 동물들에게 또는 수면 휴식이 필요한 경우 쉽게 수면에 들 수 있도록 하는 수면 유도 시스템이다.
수면 장애를 겪는 사람들에게 제안되는 수면캡슐, 수면안대, 암막커튼 등을 비롯해 수면제와 같은 것들이 일상에 적용되고 있는 중이다.
나아가 수면을 유도할 수 있는 소리, 음악을 비롯한 음향기술, 전자파를 활용한 수면 유도 방법 등이 제안되고 있다.
수면 장애를 가진 사람들에게 원활한 수면을 유도, 숙면이 가능하게 하고자 한다.
신체에 착용하는 웨어러블 타입의 착용 도구 모듈;
상기 착용 도구는 신체와 맞닿으며 피부에 자극을 제공하는 자극 제공 모듈;
상기 하드웨어와 연동되는 소프트웨어모듈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 시스템.
수면 장애를 겪는 사람들 나아가 수면 케어가 필요한 동물들에게 전반적으로 작용되어 수면의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명에 대해 도면을 토대로 설명하면 다음과 같다.

본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 시스템의 기본 구성도이다.
기본 틀에서 신체 가운데 특정 부위에 물리적, 전기적, 전자적 자극을 생성, 전달하여 그로 인한 영향이 수면을 유도, 숙면을 취할 수 있도록 한다는 구성이다.
사람의 경우 어렸을 때 형성된 또는 본성적으로 타고난 기질에 의해 두피, 목, 등, 손바닥, 손목, 발바닥, 발목 등과 같은 특정 부위에 좋은 느낌이 전달될 경우 몸과 맘이 편안해지고 나른해지는 느낌을 가지게 된다.
본 발명을 통해 이와 같은 배경에서 시작하여 사람은 물론 동물들에게 좋은 양질의 수면을 제공하려고 한다.

본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 시스템의 머리 부분 적용을 보인 적용도
머리 부분 및 목 부분에 본 발명을 적용할 수 있다.
머리에는 모자를 쓰듯 착용 모듈을 구성할 수 있는데, 비니, 수영모와 같이 머리에 밀착되는 구조의 착용 모듈이 적합하다.
머리띠, 헤어밴드와 같은 구조도 적용 가능하다.
이때 헤어밴드는 그 구조가 안대와 연결될 수도 있다.

본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 시스템의 손 부분 적용을 보인 적용도
손바닥 및 손목 부분에 본 발명을 적용할 수 있다.
반장갑을 끼듯 손바닥과 손등을 감싸는 구조의 착용 모듈을 가질 수 있다.
내면에는 물리적, 전기적, 전자적 자극을 제공하는 자극 전달 모듈이 구성된다.
물리적 자극의 예로는 작고 부드러운 돌기가 모터에 의해 회전 또는 좌우 움직임을 가질 수 있다.
전기적 자극의 예로는 따갑지 않으며 안정감 있게 피부 자극을 주는 전기적 충격을 예로 들 수 있다.
전자적 자극의 예로는 저주파, 고주파 등 여러 전자적 파동 가운데 어느 하나를 채택, 적용할 수 있다.
