Abstract
상기 제1 및 제2씰링부 중 어느 하나 이상에는 상부파트와 결합되는 결합면에 상부파트와 접촉면적을 증가시키는 면적증가부가 원주 방향을 따라 하나 이상 형성되며, 상기 상부파트는 상기 면적증가부에 결합된 상부파트결합부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션용 스트러트 베어링 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
Description
도 2는 도 1의 "A"부의 확대로서 제1씰링부를 도시한 단면사시도이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따르는 서스펜션용 스트러트 베어링 어셈블리를 도시한 반단면 사시도이며,
도 4는 도 3 "A"부의 확대로서 제1씰링부 및 상부파트와의 결합을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 확대 단면 사시도이며,
도 5 및 도 6은 도 3 "A"부의 확대로서 제1씰링부 및 상부파트와의 결합의 변형 예를 도시한 확대 단면 사시도이며,
도 7은 3 "A"부의 확대로서 제1씰링부 및 상부파트와의 결합을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 다른 변형 예의 확대 단면 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 상부파트(110)와, 상기 상부파트(110)의 하부로 구비되는 하부파트(120)와, 상기 상부파트(110)와 하부파트(120) 사이에 구비되는 베어링(130)과, 상기 상부파트(110)와 하부파트(120)의 반경 방향 양측에 형성된 개구부에 상부파트(110)에 결합되어 구비되는 제1 및 제2씰링부(151,153)를 포함하며;
상기 제1 및 제2씰링부(151, 153) 중 어느 하나 이상에는 상부파트(110)와 결합되는 결합면에 상부파트(110)와 접촉면적을 증가시키는 면적증가부가 원주 방향을 따라 하나 이상 형성되며, 상기 상부파트(110)는 상기 면적증가부에 결합된 상부파트결합부(111)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션용 스트러트 베어링 어셈블리. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 면적증가부는 제1씰링부(151)의 결합면(1515)에 원주 방향을 따라 이격되어 오목하게 형성된 홈 형태로 형성되며, 상기 상부파트(110)의 상부파트결합면(112)에는 면적증가부로 돌출되어 면적증가부와 결합되는 상부파트결합부(111)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션용 스트러트 베어링 어셈블리.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 면적증가부는 반경 방향 외향하는 바닥면(15173)과, 상기 바닥면(15173)의 원주 방향 양측에 구비된 측면(15171)과, 상기 바닥면(15173)의 하부에 구비된 하면(15172)을 포함하여 반경 방향 외향 개구하며 상향 개구된 형태로 형성되며; 상기 상부파트결합부(111)는 면적증가부로 돌출되어 상기 바닥면(15173), 측면(15171) 및 하면(15172)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션용 스트러트 베어링 어셈블리.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 측면(15171)과 바닥면(15173)은 예각을 이루어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션용 스트러트 베어링 어셈블리.
