Claims (10)
- 레졸형 페놀 수지를 필수 성분으로서 함유함과 함께, 발포제로서, 염소화 지방족 탄화수소, 지방족 탄화수소, 또는 염소화 지방족 탄화수소 및 지방족 탄화수소를 함유하고, 산 경화제에 의해 발포 경화되는 조성물로서, 추가로, 적린 분말을 분산, 함유하고 있는 페놀 폼 제조용 수지 조성물을 발포 경화시켜 얻어지는 발포체이고,
콘 칼로리미터에 의한 가열 시간 5 분에 있어서의 상기 발포체의 총 발열량이 9.2 MJ/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발포제가, 이소펜탄과 이소프로필클로라이드의 혼합물인 발포체. - 레졸형 페놀 수지를 필수 성분으로서 함유함과 함께, 발포제로서, 할로겐화알켄을 함유하고, 산 경화제에 의해 발포 경화되는 조성물로서, 추가로, 적린 분말을 분산, 함유하고 있는 페놀 폼 제조용 수지 조성물을 발포 경화시켜 얻어지는 발포체이고,
콘 칼로리미터에 의한 가열 시간 5 분에 있어서의 상기 발포체의 총 발열량이 9.2 MJ/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적린 분말이, 상기 레졸형 페놀 수지의 100 질량부에 대해, 0.3 ∼ 30 질량부의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적린 분말이, 표면 코팅층을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 코팅층이, 금속의 산화물 내지는 수산화물, 열경화성 수지, 또는 금속의 산화물 내지는 수산화물 및 열경화성 수지에 의해 형성되어 있는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산 경화제로서, 파라톨루엔술폰산 및 자일렌술폰산이 병용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 레졸형 페놀 수지가, 25 ℃ 에 있어서, 2000 mPa·s 이상의 점도를 갖도록 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
발포체의 초기 열 전도율이 0.0200 W/m·K (20 ℃) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
장기 안정성을 확인하기 위한 촉진 시험에 있어서의 상기 발포체의 초기 열 전도율이 0.0250 W/m·K (20 ℃) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
