Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 니켈 및/또는 코발트와, 동, 그리고 아연을 포함하는 합금으로부터 니켈 및/또는 코발트를 포함하는 용액을 얻는, 합금의 처리 방법으로서,
상기 합금에 대하여, 황화제가 공존하는 조건 하에서, 산에 의한 침출 처리를 실시하여 침출액을 얻는 침출 공정,
상기 침출액에 대하여, 환원제를 이용하여 환원 처리를 실시하는 환원 공정, 그리고
상기 환원 공정에서 얻어진 용액을, 산성 인 화합물계 추출제에 의한 용매 추출에 부여함으로써 아연을 추출시켜, 니켈 및/또는 코발트를 포함하는 용액을 얻는 용매 추출 공정
을 포함하는, 합금의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환원 공정에서 얻어진 용액에, 산화제를 첨가함과 아울러 중화제를 첨가함으로써, 니켈 및/또는 코발트와, 아연을 포함하는 용액을 얻어 상기용매 추출 공정에 제공하는 산화 중화 공정을 포함하는, 합금의 처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매 추출 공정에서는, 용매 추출 후의 산성 인 화합물계 추출제에 산을 첨가하여 역추출을 행함으로써, 역추출 후의 추출제와, 아연을 포함하는 역추출후액을 얻는, 합금의 처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 역추출 후의 산성 인 화합물계 추출제를, 상기 용매 추출 공정에 있어서의 산성 인 화합물계 추출제로서 반복해서 사용하는, 합금의 처리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합금이, 리튬 이온 전지의 폐전지를 용해하여 얻은 합금인, 합금의 처리 방법.
