- 수산기값 56±3, 수평균분자량 2000인 폴리 테트라 메틸렌 에테르 글리콜계 폴리올 (Polytetramethylene ether glycol, PTMEG), 수산기값 56±3, 산값 0.3~1.0, 수평균분자량 2000인 부틸렌글리콜계 폴리에스테르 폴리올(Poly(butylene adipate)), 용제 디메틸포름아미드(N,N-Dimethylformamide, DMF)를 반응기에 넣어 용해시키는 단계;
4,4‘-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트를 투입하고 반응을 실시한 후 냉각하는 단계;
에틸렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 산화방지제, 용제 디메틸포름아미드를 투입하여 용해시키는 단계; 및
4,4‘-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트를 투입하여 반응을 실시한 후 점도 상승이 되면, 중간 용제인 메틸에틸케톤을 투입하여 반응을 진행하고, 용제 메틸에틸케톤과 반응 종료제인 MeOH를 투입하여 반응을 종료하는 단계로 이루어지는,

불휘발분 28~32중량%이며 또한 25℃에서의 부룩필드 점도가 700±100 poise인 폴리에테르-에스테르 폴리우레탄 스킨 수지 조성물의 제조방법. - 수산기값 56±3, 수평균분자량 2000인 폴리 테트라 메틸렌 에테르 글리콜계 폴리올 (Polytetramethylene ether glycol, PTMEG), 수산기값 56±3, 산값 0.3~1.0, 수평균분자량 2000인 에틸렌/부틸렌글리콜계 폴리에스테르 폴리올(Poly(ethylene/butylene adipate)), 용제 디메틸포름아미드(N,N-Dimethylformamide, DMF)를 반응기에 넣어 용해시키는 단계;
4,4‘-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트를 투입하고 반응을 실시한 후 냉각하는 단계;
부틸렌 글리콜, 헥실렌 글리콜, 산화방지제, 용제 디메틸포름아미드를 투입하여 용해시키는 단계; 및
