Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- a) 적어도 1종의 폴리아미드,
b) 산화알루미늄,
c) 수산화마그네슘 및
d) 적어도 1종의 유기 무할로겐 에폭시화 화합물
을 함유하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a) 100 질량부당 성분 b)가 20 내지 300 질량부의 범위, 바람직하게는 35 내지 250 질량부의 범위, 특히 바람직하게는 50 내지 180 질량부의 범위, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 70 내지 120 질량부 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a) 100 질량부당 성분 c)가 20 내지 350 질량부의 범위, 바람직하게는 50 내지 300 질량부의 범위, 특히 바람직하게는 85 내지 250 질량부의 범위, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 120 내지 210 질량부 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 a) 100 질량부당 성분 d)가 0.1 내지 25 질량부의 범위, 바람직하게는 1 내지 16 질량부의 범위, 특히 바람직하게는 2 내지 10 질량부 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 d)가 분자당 2개의 에폭시 기를 포함하며, 여기서 바람직하게는 적어도 1종의 에폭시 기가 말단에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분 d)가 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리(베타-메틸글리시딜) 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 에폭시드가, 450 내지 750 그램/당량 범위의 ISO 3001에 따른 에폭시 지수를 갖는, 비스페놀 A와 에피클로로히드린의 올리고머성 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 에폭시드가, 적어도 2개의 에폭시 관능기를 갖고 에폭시-함유 단위
뿐만 아니라 단위
및/또는 단위
를 임의의 요망되는 조합 및 빈도로 함유하는 유기 무할로겐 에폭시 화합물로부터 선택되고,
여기서
R9 , R10은 서로 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C8-알킬을 나타내고,
R11은 C1-C8-알킬을 나타내고,
X 및 Y는 각각 0 내지 20 범위의 정수를 나타내고,
단, X 또는 Y는 적어도 한 번은 ≥ 1이고,
Z는 2 내지 20 범위의 정수를 나타내고,
R*은 H 또는 C1-C8-알킬을 나타내고,
여기서 X, Y, Z로 나타내어진 단위는 반복적으로 임의의 요망되는 순서대로 존재할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는
조성물 또는 성형 재료. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 성분 a)가 ISO 11357에 따른 DSC 방법에 의해 2차 가열 및 용융 피크의 적분을 통해 측정된 4 내지 25 J/g 범위의 용융 엔탈피를 갖는 반결정질 폴리아미드, 바람직하게는 폴리아미드 6 또는 폴리아미드 66, 또는 폴리아미드 6 또는 폴리아미드 66의 코폴리아미드로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 성형 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 성형 재료에 기반한, 전기 또는 전자 산업의 제조 물품, 바람직하게는 충전 구성요소, 특히 전기차용 충전 구성요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기 배터리를 충전하기 위한, 바람직하게는 전기차용 배터리를 충전하기 위한 배터리 충전 구성요소, 특히 바람직하게는 충전 케이블 플러그 또는 충전 인렛, 특히 충전 인렛 또는 충전 인렛의 구성요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 구성요소.
- 제13항에 있어서, 후면 하우징 벽, 핀 홀더, 하우징 전면 또는 연결 마스크, 바람직하게는 핀 홀더로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전 인렛의 구성요소.
- 충전 구성요소를 제조하는 방법이며,
a) 적어도 1종의 폴리아미드,
b) 산화알루미늄,
c) 수산화마그네슘 및
d) 적어도 1종의 유기 무할로겐 에폭시화 화합물
을 함유하는 조성물을 혼합에 의해 성형 재료로 가공하고, 수조에서 압출하고, 펠릿화가능해질 때까지 냉각시키고, 펠릿화하고, 사출 성형 공정에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 전기 또는 전자 산업의 제조 물품의 제조, 바람직하게는 충전 구성요소의 제조, 특히 전기차용 충전 구성요소의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 성형 재료의 용도.
- 제16항에 있어서, 충전 구성요소가 전기 배터리를 충전하기 위한 배터리 충전 구성요소, 바람직하게는 충전 케이블 플러그 또는 충전 인렛, 특히 충전 인렛 또는 충전 인렛의 구성요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
