Abstract
생활하는 중에 버려지는 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물을 고열량의 고형연료로 제조할 수 있도록 하고,
생활폐기물을 반입 후 선별하여 재활용 가능한 폐기물을 분류한 후, 투입 호퍼에 이동시 자력 선별기를 이용하여 금속류를 분류하고, 비중 선별기를 이용하여 유리, 돌의 불연소물질을 분류할 수 있도록 하고,
1차 파쇄 후 폐비닐이 포함된 생활쓰레기와 고형연료의 열효율을 높이기 위한 임의성 유기성미생물과 천연광물질이 혼합된 첨가제를 교반기에 공급하여 함습도, 열량이 일정해지도록 조절하고,
분쇄기에서 분쇄하면서 2차 혼합과정을 거치고, 음이온 발생기, 오존 발생기 및 자기장에너지 공급장치를 이용하여 첨가제의 미생물을 활성화시켜 악취를 줄이고, 건조율을 높여주어 다음의 성형기에서 소정의 고형연료로 성형한 후 건조함으로써 생활폐기물의 연료로써 고효율을 통한 완전연소를 이룰 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물이 공급호퍼(1)에 투입하는 공급과정과,
상기 투입된 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물이 컨베어벨트(2)를 통하여 이송하면서 재활용이 가능한 물질을 우선 분류하는 분류과정과,
상부에 설치된 자력선별기(3)를 이용하여 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물에서 금속 물질을 분류하는 금속선별과정과,
비중선별기(4)를 통하여 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물에서 유리, 돌, 등을 분류하는 불연물질선별과정과,
상기의 선별이 완료된 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물을 파쇄기(5)를 통하여 15-20cm이내로 잘게 파쇄하는 파쇄공정과,
상기 파쇄된 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물 50~70중량%를 제1 투입구(7)를 통해 교반기(6)로 이송하면서 교반기(6)의 제2 투입구(8)를 통하여 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 탈수케익에 미생물과 천연광물질을 혼합하여 48시간 정도 발효시킨 첨가제 30~70중량%를 이송하여 교반기(6)에서 서로 반대방향으로 회전하는 2개의 스크류(9)(9a)에 의해 혼합 및 이송이 용이하도록 하는 혼합과정과,
상기의 교반기(6)에서 생활폐기물와 첨가제를 혼합한 혼합 생활폐기물은 건조기(10)로 공급되어 내부 중앙의 축(11)에 결합되어 회전하는 스크류(12)에 의해 혼합 및 이송이 용이하도록 하는 동시에 내부에 설치한 음이온발생기(13)로부터의 음이온, 오존발생기(14)로부터의 오존 그리고 6000가우스 이상의 영구자석(15)으로부터의 자기장에너지를 공급하여 폐비닐속의 음식물찌꺼기나 수분으로 인하여 발생되는 악취를 제거하면서 미생물의 활동력이 향상되도록 하는 건조과정과,
상기의 건조기(10)에서 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물와 첨가제를 혼합한 혼합 생활폐기물이 이송 컨베어(17)를 통하여 분쇄기(16)로 이송되어 5-10cm정도의 크기로 다시 분쇄하는 분쇄과정과,
상기의 분쇄기(16)에서 분쇄한 혼합 생활폐기물을 압출식 성형기(18)를 통해 고형연료로 성형하는 성형과정과,
상기의 성형된 고형연료를 건조기(19)에서 자연건조 또는 열풍건조에 의해 10% 이내의 함수율을 갖도록 건조하여 다음의 포장기(20)로 이송하는 연료 건조과정으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물을 이용한 고형연료의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기의 교반기(6)의 제2 투입구(8)를 통해 공급되는 첨가제는 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 탈수케익에 미생물과 천연광물질을 주 재료로 하고 있으며, 부재료로는 황토, 초탄, 게르마늄, 폐석탄 중 적어도 한 가지 이상을 100메시 이하로 분쇄 혼합하여 사용하였으며, 열량보조제는 석탄분말, 숯가루, 활성탄 중 적어도 한 가지 이상을 혼합하도록 하고, 연소촉진제는 분말형태로 탄산리튬, 초산리튬, 수산화칼륨, 탄산칼륨, 초산칼륨 중 적어도 한 가지 이상을 혼합하여 사용하되,
상기의 주재료, 부재료, 열량보조제, 연소촉진제를 혼합하여 약 48-72시간 동안 숙성 발효 후에 파쇄된 비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물과 교반기에서 혼합하도록 함으써 교반, 발효의 과정을 거쳐 악취가 없고, 열량이 3500kcal 이상의 양질의 고형연료를 생산할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐비닐을 포함하는 생활폐기물을 이용한 고형연료의 제조방법.
