Claims (14)
- 전력을 발전하는 연료전지;
연료전지와 전기적으로 연결된 부하 장치;
연료전지와 부하 장치 사이에 배치되며, 연료전지에 전기적으로 연결된 로우 사이드(Low side)와 부하 장치에 전기적으로 연결된 DC/DC 컨버터의 하이 사이드(High side) 사이에서 전력을 컨버팅하는 DC/DC 컨버터;
부하 장치와 병렬로 DC/DC 컨버터의 하이 사이드(High side)에 전기적으로 연결된 배터리; 및
부하 장치, 배터리 또는 DC/DC 컨버터의 하이 사이드(High side)의 전압을 모니터링하고, 모니터링한 전압을 기반으로 부하 장치로 입력되거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 제어하는 제어기;를 포함하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
제어기는 모니터링한 전압이 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압 이하로 유지되도록 부하 장치로 입력되거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
제어기는 모니터링한 전압이 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압보다 낮게 기설정된 제1전압 이상이면 배터리의 충전 전력이 감소되도록 부하 장치로 입력되는 전력을 증가시키거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
부하 장치는 회생 제동 가능한 모터이고,
제어기는 모니터링한 전압을 기반으로 부하 장치의 회생 제동 전력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
제어기는 모니터링한 전압이 증가되면 부하 장치의 회생 제동 전력이 감소되도록 부하 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
제어기는 모니터링한 전압이 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압보다 낮게 기설정된 제1전압 이상이면 배터리의 충전 전력이 감소되도록 부하 장치로 입력되는 전력을 증가시키거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
제어기는 모니터링한 전압이 기설정된 제1전압보다 높으면서 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압보다 낮게 기설정된 제2전압 이상이면 부하 장치의 회생 제동 토크가 0이 되도록 부하 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 시스템. - DC/DC 컨버터가 연료전지와 연결된 로우 사이드(Low side)와 부하 장치 및 배터리와 연결된 하이 사이드(High side) 사이에서 전력을 컨버팅하는 단계;
DC/DC 컨버터의 하이 사이드(High side)에 연결된 부하 장치, 배터리 또는 DC/DC 컨버터의 하이 사이드(High side)의 전압을 모니터링하는 단계; 및
모니터링한 전압을 기반으로 부하 장치로 입력되거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
전력을 제어하는 단계에서는, 모니터링한 전압이 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압 이하로 유지되도록 부하 장치로 입력되거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,

전력을 제어하는 단계에서는, 모니터링한 전압이 증가되면 부하 장치의 회생 제동 전력이 감소되도록 부하 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
전력을 제어하는 단계 이전에, 모니터링한 전압을 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압보다 낮게 기설정된 제1전압과 비교하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
전력을 제어하는 단계에서는, 모니터링한 전압이 기설정된 제1전압 이상이면 배터리의 충전 전력이 감소되도록 부하 장치로 입력되는 전력을 증가시키거나 또는 부하 장치에서 출력되는 전력을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 방법. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
전력을 제어하는 단계 이전에, 모니터링한 전압을 기설정된 제1전압보다 높으면서 DC/DC 컨버터의 최대 허용 전압보다 낮게 기설정된 제2전압과 비교하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
전력을 제어하는 단계에서는, 모니터링한 전압이 기설정된 제2전압 이상이면 부하 장치의 회생 제동 토크가 0이 되도록 부하 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 전력 제어 방법.
