Claims (18)
- 코어 및 상기 코어를 둘러싸는 제1 쉘층을 포함하는 복합체; 및
복수개의 복합체 및 상기 복수개의 복합체를 둘러싸는 제2 쉘층;을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질에 있어서,
상기 복합체는 금속입자 및 탄소를 포함하고,
상기 복합체 간의 인접거리는 80 nm 내지 300 nm인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합체 간의 인접거리는 100 nm 내지 150 nm인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 쉘층은 결정질 및 비정질 탄소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 쉘층의 강도는 제1 쉘층의 강도보다 큰, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 금속입자 및 상기 금속입자 사이에 탄소 연결부를 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 연결부는 결정질 및 비정질 탄소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 다공성인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어의 직경은 800 nm 내지 1200 nm인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속입자는 실리콘, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 칼슘, 철, 망간, 코발트, 니켈, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 이들의 산화물, 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속입자는 인편상 실리콘을 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속입자의 직경은 20 nm 내지 120 nm인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 쉘층은 결정질 및 비정질 탄소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 쉘층의 두께는 100 nm 내지 150 nm인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제3항, 제6항, 및 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 결정질 탄소는 흑연계 탄소를 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제3항, 제6항, 및 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 탄소는 수크로오스(sucrose), 페놀(phenol), 나프탈렌(naphthalene), 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinylalcohol) 수지, 퍼푸릴 알코올(furfuryl alcohol) 수지, 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile) 수지, 스티렌(stylene) 수지, 폴리이미드(polyimide) 수지, 에폭기(epoxy), 염화 비닐(vinyl chloride) 수지, 석유계 피치, 석탄계 피치, 폴리비닐클로라이드(polyvinyl chloride), 메조페이스 피치 및 타르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로부터 제조된, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 기재된 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 실리콘을 포함하는 혼합물을 분쇄하는 단계(S1);
상기 혼합물을 분무 건조하여 실리콘 전구체를 제조하는 단계(S2);
실리콘 전구체 분말, 비정질 탄소 전구체 및 결정질 탄소로 복합체를 제조하는 1차 복합화 단계(S3); 및
상기 복합체 및 탄소 전구체로 음극 활물질을 제조하는 2차 복합화 단계(S4);를 포함하는, 제1항에 기재된 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 S4 단계에서, 상기 복합체 및 탄소 전구체의 중량비는 1:0.4 초과 1:0.7 미만인, 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조방법.
