Claims (5)
2) 껍질을 벗긴 밤을 절단하여 혼합 곡류의 평균 부피를 가진 밤 알갱이를 마련하는 단계;
3) 밥솥에 상기 불린 혼합 곡류 100중량부, 밤 알갱이 20~40중량부와, 물 60~80중량부를 넣고 밥을 짓는 단계;
4) 상기 밥을 골고루 혼합한 다음 식히는 단계;
5) 상기 식힌 밥을 누룽지 제조기에 펼친 다음, 120~180℃의 온도에서 2~15분 동안 가열하여 누룽지를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 잡곡과 밤을 이용한 누룽지 제조방법.
