Claims (9)
- 윤활기유 혼합물을 제조하는 방법으로서,
폐윤활유 유래의 정제 유분을 제공하는 단계, 상기 폐윤활유 유래의 정제 유분은 API group III 미만의 윤활기유를 포함하는 윤활유로부터 유래되며, 상기 폐윤활유 유래의 정제유분은 감압 이온정제유, 제1 재생기유, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하고;
상기 폐윤활유 유래의 정제 유분을 탈왁싱하여 제2 재생기유를 생성하는, 탈왁싱 단계; 및
상기 제2 재생기유를 별도의 윤활기유와 배합하여, group III 이상의 윤활기유 혼합물을 생성하는, 배합 단계를 포함하는, 윤활기유 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폐윤활유 유래의 정제 유분은 200 ppm 이상 3000 ppm 이하의 황 함량, 100 ppm 이상 1200 ppm 이하의 질소 함량, 및 4 이상 11 cSt 이하의 100 ℃에서의 동점도를 포함하는, 윤활기유 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탈왁싱 단계는 상기 폐윤활유 유래의 정제 유분을 수소화 처리(hydrotreating)하는 단계, 수소화 탈왁싱(hydrodewaxing)하는 단계, 및 수첨 마무리(hydrofinishing)하는 단계를 포함하는, 윤활기유 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,

상기 별도의 윤활기유는 6 내지 7 cSt의 100 ℃에서의 동점도, 120 이상의 점도 지수, -10 ℃ 이하의 유동점, 및 5400 cP 이하의 -30 ℃에서의 CCS(Cold Crank Simulator) 점도를 포함하는, 윤활기유 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배합 단계에서 배합되는 제2 재생기유의 양은 group III 이상의 윤활기유 혼합물의 1 내지 30 부피%인, 윤활기유 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항의 제2 재생기유를 포함하는 윤활기유 혼합물.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제2 재생기유를 포함하는 윤활기유 혼합물은 점도 지수가 120 이상이고, 포화도가 90% 이상인, 제2 재생기유를 포함하는 윤활기유 혼합물.
