Claims (6)
- 마이코박테로이데스 압세수스 subsp. 마실리엔세(Mycobacteroides abscessus subsp. Massiliense), 마이코박테리움 카나리아센세(Mycobacterium canariasense) 및 마이코박테리움 콘셉티오넨세(Mycobacterium conceptionense)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상에서 유래한 포스포판테테이닐 전이효소를 발현하는, 1,4-부탄디올 생산능이 향상된 변이 미생물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 포스포판테테이닐 전이효소는 서열번호 2, 4 및 6의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 구성된 것인 변이 미생물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변이 미생물은 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 속인 것인 변이 미생물. - 마이코박테로이데스 압세수스 subsp. 마실리엔세(Mycobacteroides abscessus subsp. Massiliense), 마이코박테리움 카나리아센세(Mycobacterium canariasense) 및 마이코박테리움 콘셉티오넨세(Mycobacterium conceptionense)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상에서 유래한 포스포판테테이닐 전이효소를 암호화하는 유전자를 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 청구항 1의 변이 미생물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 포스포판테테이닐 전이효소를 암호화하는 유전자는 서열번호 1, 3 및 5의 염기서열로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 변이 미생물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1의 변이 미생물을 배지에서 배양하는 단계; 및
상기 변이 미생물 또는 변이 미생물이 배양된 배지로부터 1,4-부탄디올을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 1,4-부탄디올의 생산 방법.
