Claims (9)
- 아스파틱수지에 단분자량의 폴리이소시아네이트를 부가반응시킨 올리고머 형태의 제1주제 및 아스파틱수지에 중량평균분자량 1,000이하의 폴리올을 2종이상 혼합한 제2주제를 포함하는 주제부와; 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 경화제부;를 포함하여 조성되어 극저온 환경에서도 접착성능을 구현할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1주제의 상기 단분자량의 폴리이소시아네이트는 톨루엔디이소시아네이트(TDI), 메틸렌디페닐디이시소아네이트(MDI)를 포함하는 방향족 이소시아네이트 또는 이소포론디이소시아네이트(IPDI), 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트(HMDI)를 포함하는 지방족 이소시아네이트로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제2항에 있어서
상기 제1주제의 상기 단분자량의 폴리이소시아네이트의 함량은 상기 제1주제 100wt%에 대하여 2~10 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2주제의 중량평균분자량 1,000이하의 폴리올은 2관능기 이상이고, 에틸렌글리콜(EG), 프로필렌글리콜(PG), 1,3-부탄디올(1,3-BD), 1,4-부탄디올(1,4-BD), 네오펜틸글리콜(NPG), 디에틸렌글리콜(DEG), 3-메틸-1.5-펜탄디올(MPD), 1,6-헥산디올(1,6-HD), 트리메틸올프로판(TMP), 글리세린 또는 펜타에리트리톨을 포함하는 글리콜류; 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리프로필렌글리콜(PPG), 폴리옥시프로필렌트리올(GP) 또는 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜(PTMG)를 포함하는 폴리에테르폴리올류; 아디프산, 세바식산 또는 이소프탈산을 포함하는 염기산과 상기 글리콜류의 중축합체인 폴리에스테르폴리올류 또는 폴리카프로락톤폴리올을 포함하는 폴리에스테르폴리올류;로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2주제의 중량평균분자량 1,000이하의 폴리올의 함량은 상기 제2주제 100 wt%에 대하여 10~30 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화제부의 폴리이소시아네이트는 방향족, 지방족, 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 선택되는 것으로 NCO% = 11~28%인 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물은 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 1,2-부틸렌카보네이트, 2,3-부틸렌카보네이트, 비닐렌카보네이트등; 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 디프로필카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 메틸프로필카보네이트, 에틸프로필카보네이트를 포함하는 선형 또는 환형 카보네이트과 그 혼합물; 탄소수 8 ~ 18의 일염기산 또는 다염기산과 탄소수 18 이하의 분기 알코올의 반응에 의해 얻을 수 있는 에스테르 또는 탄소수 14 ~ 18의 불포화지방산과 수산기 수가 4개 이하인 알코올의 반응에 의해 얻을 수 있는 에스테르를 포함하는 지방산 에스테르; 트리메틸포스페이트, 트리에틸포스페이트, 트리부틸포스페이트, 트리옥틸포스페이트, 트리페닐포스페이트, 트리크레실포스페이트, 트리자이레일포스페이트, 크레실디페닐포스페이트, 옥틸디페닐포스페이트를 포함하는 포스페이트;로 부터 선택되는 고비점 용제를 더 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물은 산화방지제, 자외선흡수제, 광안정제, 소포제를 포함하는 첨가제를 더 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물은 아민당량(AEW, g/eq)이 80~210인 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 폴리올 변성 아스파틱 이액형 폴리우레아계 접착제 조성물
