Claims (6)

  1. 주행하는 섬유질 웨브로 부터 탈수하기 위한 프변스 기구에 있어서, 압착닙프의 한쪽의 제거된 전연부와 그에 연속되는 긴 압착면을 가진 상기 닙프의 한쪽의 제1압착슈우와, 상기 닙프의 다른쪽의 제거된 전연부와 그에 연속되는 긴 압착면을 가진 상기 닙프 타측의 제2압착 슈우와의 사이에 형성된 긴 압착 닙프 : 상기 웨브로 부터 압착 제거된 수분을 수용한 닙프내 수단 : 상기 웨브와 닙프사이에 협지된 수분수용수단과 함께 상기 슈우 사이의 닙프를 통과하는 제1 및 제2 주행밸트 : 상기 각 슈우와 상기 닙프를 주행하는 상기 벨트와의 사이에 윤활제의 액압쐐기(wedge)를 발현시키도록 상기 각 슈우의 전연부에 윤활제를 공급하기 위한 수단 : 및 상기 닙프에서 웨브에 탈수 압착력을 가하기 위해 닙프쪽으로 슈우를 압압하는 적어도 하나의 슈우에 압착력을 가하는 수단으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 닙프프변스 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 슈우가 전연부에 공급되어 벨트와 슈우사이게 위치된 윤활제에 대한 액압적으로 균형된 위치에 있도록 웨브주행방향에 횡의 축을 중심으로 회동하도록 적어도 하나의 슈우를 지지하는 피봇트 지지체를 포함하는 상기 프레스 기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 슈우가 슈우들과 그들의 벨트사이의 윤활제에 의해 슈우의 면들에 가해진 힘들에 대해 액압적으로 균형된 위치에 있도록 웨브 주행방향에 횡의 축을 중심으로 회동하도록 제1 및 제2 슈우를 지지하는 제1 및 제2피봇트 지지체를 포함하는 상기 프레스 기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 압착력을 가하기 위한 상기 수단이 닙프를 따라 웨브에 균일한 힘이 가해지도록 웨브주행방향에 횡의 슈우를 길이를 따라 균일한 힘을 웨브에 가하는 상기 슈우들중 하나의 횡방향에 유체 지지체를 포함하는 상기 프레스 기구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유체 지지체가 피스톤 및 실린더 형태이고, 실린더가 비교적 강직한 지지체상에 지탱되고 피스톤이 가압된 액체에 의해 실린더 내에 지지되며, 실린더가 웨브 주행방향에 횡으로 연장하는 피봇트에 슈우를 지지하는 상기 프레스 기구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 , 수분 수용 수단위 웨브를 협지 하도록 상기 주행벨트들에 인접히 배치된 제1및 제2펠트형태인 상기 프레스 기구.
