Claims (8)
- 다수의 전도체가 외장안에서 전도체간에 및 전도체와 외장사이에 공간이 있도록 배열되고, 그 공간을(1) 최소비중이 0.860, 최소 SUS점도가 45(210℉에서) ASTM D97의 최대 유동점이 20℉인 ASTM 103, 104A 또는 104B 또는 그들의 혼합물로 된(파라피닉이나 나프테닉)기름 및 최대 5%의 방향족 기름(2) 스티렌-고무 비가 0.2-0.5인 스티렌-에틸렌 부틸렌-스티렌블록 공중합체 및(3) 분자량이 1000이고, 점도가 13CPS (140℃에서)이며, 융점이 230°-235℉ 및 밀도가 0.96인 선형 폴리에틸렌의 혼합물을 포함하는 충전물질로 채운 (여기서 (1), (2), (3)의 상대적 비율은 따르는 도면에서 ABCDEF에 의하여 제한되는 암역의 범위와 같은 것임)것을 특징으로 하는 다수 전도체가 포함된 전도 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도체가 전기적 전도체인 케이블
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도체가 광선적 전도체인 케이블
- (1) 최소 비중이 0.860이고, 최소 SUS점도가 45(210℉)이며, ASTM D97의 최대 유동점이 20℉인 ASTM형 103, 104A 또는 104B 또는 그들의 혼합물인 (파라피닉 또는 나프타닉) 기름과 최대 5%의 방향족기름.(2) 스티렌-고무비가 0.2-0.5인 스티렌-에틸렌 부틸렌-스틸렌블럭 공중합체 및 (3) 분자량이 1000이고 140℃에서 점도가 약 13CPS이며 융점이 230-235℉이고 밀도가 약 0.96인 선형 폴리에틸렌왁스를 포함하는 것을 (여기서 (1), (2) 및 (3)의 상대적 비율은 도면의 ABCDEF로 경계지어지는 암역에 도달해야 한다) 특징으로 하는 케이블 충전 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서 (1)의 양이 85-91% : (2)의 양이 5-10% (3)의 양이 2-8%(중량에 의한)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서 (1)의 양은 8% (2)의 양은 6% (3)의 양은 5%(중량에 의한)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서 (1)의 성분 이 ASTM 97의 유동점이 0℉이고, SUS점도가 210℉에서 S-3.7이고 평균비중이 0.884이고 최대 방향족 기름이 1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 스티렌-고무의 비가 0.4인 것이 특징인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
