Claims (5)

  1. 다음 일반식(II)의 디아조합물을 카르벤도입축매와 반응시켜 폐환(ring-cloeed)시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(III)의 1-옥사 데티아-세펨유도체의 제조법.
    위 식에서 A는 아실기, R1은 수소 또는 메톡시기, R2는 카르복시보호기이다.
  2. 다음 일반식(II)의 디아조화합물을 카르벤도입축매와 반응시켜 폐환시킴으로써 다음 일반식(III)의 1-옥사-1-데피아-3-히드록시세팔로스포린유도체를 생성하여 일반식(III)의 유도체의 3위 히드록시기를 알킬화제(alkylation reagent)와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 1-옥사데티아세펨유도체의 제조법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 화합물에서 아실기 A는 식 R4CO-(R4는 아릴기, 특히 페닐기임)의 아로일기, 또는 R6CO-(R6는 아랄킬기, 특히 벤질기 또는 페녹시메틸기임)의 아실기임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 1-옥사데티아-세펨유도체의 제조법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르벤도입축매는 일반식(II) 화합물에서 디아조기(N2)가 결합되는 있는 탄소원자를 카르벤으로 전화할 수 있는 물질, 특히 모듐 아세테이프, 로듐옥시드 또는 산화은임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 1-옥사데리아-세펨유도체의 제조법.
  5. 다음 일반식(II)로 표시되는 새로운 유용한 디아조화합물을 출발화합물로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 1-옥사데티아-세펨유도체의 제조법.
    위 식에서 A는 아실기 R1은 수소원자 또는 메톡시기, R2는 카르복시보호기이다.
