Claims (9)

100중량부의 올레핀 폴리머 수지, 발포제, 올레핀 폴리머 수지 기준으로 5 내지 30중량%의 전도성 카본블랙 및 올레핀 폴리머 수지 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량%의 다음 일반식(I)의 포화된 아미드 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 발포체를 제조하기에 적합한 팽창성 올레핀 폴리머 조성물.
상기 일반식에서, R1은 탄소수 8 내지 22의 알킬그룹이고 R2및 R4는 각기 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 22의 알킬그룹이다.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머 수지인 팽창성 올레핀 수지 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 사용된 올레핀 폴리머 수지가 1 내지 30dg/분의 멜트 인덱스와 0.910 내지 0.930g/cc의 밀도를 갖는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 팽창성 폴리머 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 전도성 카본블랙이 900m2/g 이상의 비표면을 갖는 전도성 노카본블랙인 팽창성 폴리머 조성물.
제4항에 있어서, 전도성 카본블랙이 올레핀 폴리머 수지 중량기준으로 10 내지 20중량% 범위의 양으로 사용되는, 팽창성 폴리머 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 아미드가 올레핀 폴리머 수지 중량기준으로 0.3 내지 8중량% 범위의 양으로 사용되는, 팽창성 폴리머 조성물.
100중량부의 올레핀 폴리머 수지, 올레핀 폴리머 수지 기준으로 5 내지 30중량%의 전도성 카본블랙 및 올레핀 폴리머 수지 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량%의 다음 일반식(I)의 포화된 아미드 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 올레핀 폴리머 발포제품.
상기 일반식에서 R1은 탄소수 8 내지 22의 알킬그룹이고 R2및 R4는 각기 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 22의 알킬그룹이다.
제7항에 있어서 폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 조성물이고 전도성 카본블랙은 900m2/g 이상의 비표면을 갖는 전도성 노카본블랙인 발포 제품.
제7항에 있어서, 발포 제품은 팽창되지 않은 올레핀폴리머 조성물로 제조된 것보다 적어도 5배 이하의 밀도의 갖는 발포 제품.
