밀봉 테이프를 사용한 용기 출구 밀폐장치

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 용기의 선단 조립상태를 도시한 평면도.
제2도는 제1도에 있어서 2-2선을 따라 절단한 확대 단면도.
제5도는 본 발명에 따라 비분리 밀폐식으로 제작된 용기의 선단조립 상태를 도시한 평면도.
제6도는 용기 선단 조립체의 횡단면을 도시한 도면으로 제5도에서의 6-6선을 따라 절단한 확대 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 내면 및 외면과 유출구로 구성된 용기 선단의 내면에 접착되는 일면이 접착층인 내부 테이프와 그 내부 테이프에 접착되어 내부 테이프와 함께 용기선단의 유출구를 덮게 되고 그 일단에는 손잡이 끈이 연결된 외부 테이프로 되어 있는 개구가 용이한 용기 밀폐 장치에 있어서, 내부 테이프의 접착면이 노출되는 유출구(14,34)지역에서 외부테이프(20,45)에 분기구(24,48)가 형성되어 있고, 손잡이 끈(25,50)이 연결된 외부테이프 부분이 그 분기구(24,48)를 덮음과 동시에 분기구를 통해 노출되는 내부 테이프(15,40)의 접착면(17,42)에 견고하게 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀페장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 외부 테이프를 전기한 용기의 표면과 용기선단의 중심부(11,31)에 강하게 고착시키는 수단을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 표면에 접착제(22,47)가 노출된 외부 테이프(20,45)를 유출구(14,34)둘레의 용기선단(11,31)에 분리할 수 있게 접착시키고, 유출구(14,34) 지역내의 전기한 내부 테이프(15,40)에 영구접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용기의 출구를 덮고 있는 외부 테이프의 접힌 부분(26)으로 부터 소정의 길이(25)로 형성된 전기한 손잡이 끈(25,50)을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장터.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 용기선단(31)의 유출구(34)를 덮고 있는 외부테이프(45) 일단에 형성된 접는선(51)으로 부터 두 부분으로 분리되어 외부 테이프(45) 웨면에 겹쳐진 손잡이 끈(25,50)을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 유출구(14,34)가 U자 모양으로 되어 있고, 전기한 용기의 선단에는 U자형출구의 중앙으로 돌출된 설상체(35)가 형성되어 있으며, 그 설상체의 끝부분에는 내부 테이프(40)와 외부 테이프(45)로 고정된 확대단(36)이 연결되어 있고, 손잡이 끈(25,50)를 잡아당겨 U자형 유출구(34)를 덮고 있는 외부 테이프를 벗기면 설상체가 뒤로 굽혀지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 자유단의 표면에 돌기부(27)가 형성되어 있어서 손으로 잡기가 쉽고, 유출구의 일부인 분기구(24) 부근을 덮고 있는 전기한 손잡이 끈(25)을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 손잡이 끈(25,50)의 표면이 손으로 잡기에 쉽도록 돌기부로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 출구 밀폐장치.
