제1도는 본 발명의 휘도조절장치를 분해한 각부분에 대한 사시도.

Claims (8)

  1. 하우징하부와 하우징하부를 복개하는 하우징커버와, 전자부품들의 운반체역할을 하는 인쇄회로 기판과, 회전자가 하우징커버를 뚫고 돌출된 샤프트에 연결되며 수동제어부재 수단으로 외부로부터 회전할 수 있는 회전전위차계와 샤프트에서 방사선형으로 연설되며, 일단에서 인쇄회로 기판으로 납땜질되고 밴드가 제공되어 있는 한팔로된 접촉스프링과 협력하고, 스위치캠에 의해서 움직일 수 있는 다른 단부와 고정접촉편을 탄력있게 압박하는 스위치캠으로 구성되는 스위치수단으로 구성되며, 접촉스프링(11)에는 회전전위치(6)계의 회전범위를 위한 제한 스톱장치가 형성되도록 스위치캠이 부닥치게 되는 대체로 직각을 이루는 밴드(14)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상제어에 의한 램프휘도를 무한 변동조절하기 위한 전자휘도 조절장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트(9)와 회전자(7)가 일체가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자휘도 조절장치.
  3. 청구범위 제1항과 제2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 회전 전위차계(6)의 저항노정(15)과 콜렉터 노정(16)이 인쇄회로기판(3)에 적용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자휘도 조절장치.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 회전자(7)가 일체로 형성된 스냅작용 돌기들(17)로 구성되며, 그 도움으로 인쇄회로 기판(3)에 있는 개구로 스냅되어 칫피비트 베어링을 형성하며, 샤프트의 둘째 피버트베어링은 하우징커버(2)에 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자휘도 조절장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄회로 기판일면상에 있는 밴드(14)가 접촉 스프링(11)에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자휘도 조절장치.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 접촉 스프링(11)이 자유 단부(18)를 향해서 가늘게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자휘도 조절장치.
  7. 청구범위 제1항에서 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 접촉스프링(11)이 자유 단부(18)에 있는 접촉지점에서 고정접촉편(13)을 향해서 돌출된 부각(19)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자휘도 조절장치.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 평평한 고정 접촉편(13)이, 스위치 “온” 상태에서 접촉 스프링(11)의 부각(19)이 접촉편(13)의 좁은 면위에 놓여져서 접동하는 것과 같이, 인쇄 회로기판(3)에 납땜으로 부착되어 있는 것을 전자휘도 조절장치.
