농약 분무용 희석 혼합기

본 고안은 농약의 희석 혼합의 작용 효률을 향상시키기 위한 농약 분무용 희석 혼합기에 관한 것이다.
종래의 농약 분무용 희석 혼합기는 회전 액체로 혼합 액체를 교반시켰기 때문에 액체가 와류를 이르켜 대류 작용이 되므로서 희석 혼합 되어야 할 농약원액, 또는 분말이 물과 같이 유동되면서 희석 혼합이 잘않되고 또한, 비중이 무거운 원액 또는 분말이 밑으로 가라앉아 희석 혼합이 잘 안되는 결점이 있으므로 본 고안은 이를 개선 고안한 것으로서 첨부 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
원반형으로된 분출기 본체(2)의 내층에 원심 방향으로 여러개의 분출통로(3)을 천설하여 그 선단부에 노즐(3')를 각기 착설하고 분출통로(3)에 연결관부(4)를 연통되게 입설하여 동력 분무기(5)에 연결한 희석 혼합 분출 호오스(9)에 연결하며 분무기(5)에 연결한 희석 혼합 흡입 호오스(10)의 선단에 착설한 흡입부(11)와 분출기 본체(2)를 농약 희석 혼합기통(1)내의 저면에 놓이게 하여 사용케한다.
밸브기틀(6)에는 조절밸브(8)을 착설하여 농약 살포 공급호오스(7)의 통로 개폐를 조절토록 한다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 농약 희석 혼합기틀(1)에 물과 농약 원액 또는 분말을 넣은 다음 처음에 조절밸브(8)을 폐쇄하고 분무기(5)를 작동시키면 희석 혼합 흡입호오스(10)으로 흡입된 액체는 분무기(5)를 돌아서 희석 혼합 분출호오스(9)를 거쳐 분출기 본체(2)의 노즐(3')로 분출되는 작용을 반복하므로서 효률성 높은 희석 혼합작용을 하게되며 농약 살포시는 조절밸브(8)을 개로하며 희석 혼합된 농약이 농약 살포 공급호오스(7)로 압출되어 농약 살포 노즐(12)을 통하여 살포되고 일부는 희석 혼합 흡입호오스(10)으로 흡입되어 희석 혼합 작용을 하여 농약 살포를 하게 되는 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 농약 희석 혼합기통(1)내에서 강력한 분출 작용에 의한 농약 희석 혼합을 효율적으로 하게한 실용적인 것이다.

  1. 원반형으로된 분출 기본체(2)의 내층에 원심 방향으로 여러개의 분출통로(3)을 천설하여 그 선단부에 노즐(3')를 각기 착설하고 분출통로(3)에 연결관부(4)를 연통되게 업설하여 공지의 동력 분무기(5)에 연결한 희석 혼합 분출호오스(9)에 연결하여서된 농약 분무기용 희석 혼합기.
