Claims (1)

  1. 갈래곰보의 자연번식과정에 있어서, 번식기간인 포자를 방출하는 시기에 갈래곰보의 모엽체에 인공적으로 자극을 주어 포자를 발산하도록 한 다음 미리 마련하여 놓은 깨끗한 해수를 적당량 채워 놓은 탱크(20℃ 유지)에 모엽체를 넣고 포자를 발산(방류)하게 하고 산소를 공급하여 사멸을 방지시키며, 인공으로 조작되는 구라롱등의 사망(사網)이나 산호성의 소암석 등의 채묘체(種子母體)를 순환되게 설비한 해수탱크에서 적온(15℃ 발아, 20℃ 육성, 25℃ 이상은 사멸)을 유지시키면 방출된 건전한 포자는 채묘체에 부착시키되 이를 여름넘기기용 해수탱크에 옮기거나 해중 양식붕(養殖棚)에 이식함을 특징으로 하는 갈래곰보의 인공양식방법.
