제2도는 본 발명의 제품에서 접착제중의 항미생물제의 분포상태를 나타내는 100×배육의 현미경사진.

Claims (7)

  1. 30내지 60마이크론 두께의 피부 접촉접착제로 하나의 표면이 피복된 기재 및 접착제를 통해 분포된 20내지 300마이크론 크기의 폴리헥사메틸렌 비구아니드 하이드로클로라이드의 입자로 이루어진 외과용 드레싱.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 30내지 200마이크론인 드레싱.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 크키가 50내지 120마이크론이고 입자크기의 중앙값은 적어도 20마이크론인 드레싱.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 입자가 평평한 구형의 형태인 드레싱.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 친수성인 드레싱.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 접착제가 85/15의 중량비로 이루어지는 이소옥틸아실레이트와 n-비닐피롤리돈의 공중합체인 드레싱.
  7. 20%폴리헥사메틸렌 비구아니드 하이드로클로라이드 수용액을 300RRM이하의 혼합속도로, 접착제에대해 허용되는 용매와 혼합하고, 혼합물을 접착제에 가하여, 접착제를 40 내지 55g/m2의 양으로 박리표면에 적용한 다음, 접착제를 건조시키고 접착제에 드레싱용 기재를 적용함을 특징으로 하여, 항미생물재를 함유하는 접착제-피복된 외과용 드레싱을 제조하는 방법.
