Description
Claims (11)
- 엔진의 실린더 블럭에 오일 팬과, 상기 오일 팬에 오일 펌프를 거쳐서 연통되고, 상기 오일팬으로부터 고압유를 상기 엔진의 각부에 공급하는 오일 저장소와, 상기 실린더 블록내에 설치되고 피스톤이 왕복운동하는 실린더 라이너부의 외주벽을 덮는 오일 자켓과, 상기 오일 자켓과 상기 오일 저장소 사이에 설치되고 상기 고압유를 감압하여 상기 오일 자켓에 공급하는 유압 조정 수단 및 상기 오일 자켓과 상기 오일 펜을 연통하는 복귀 통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유압 조정 수단이 상기 오일 자켓과 상기 오일 저장소를 구분하는 벽에 설치된 교축구인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유압 조정 수단이 상기 고압유의 압력이 소정 밸브 개방 압력 이상이된 때 상기 오일 저장소내의 상기 고압유를 감압하여 오일 자켓으로 공급하는 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 상기 밸브 개방 압력이 상기 엔진의 작동 상태에 따라 변화하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 상기 고압유의 온도를 검지하는 감온 부재를 갖고, 상기 감온 부재의 작용에 의해 상기 벨브 개방 압력을 조절하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 감온 부재는 온도 변화에 따라 체적이 변화하는 왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 감온 부재는 온도 변화에 따라 변형하는 형상기억 합금으로 형성된 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 자켓은 상기 라이너부와는 별개의 부재로 설치된 커버이고, 상기 라이너부의 외주벽을 덮음으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 자켓내에 있어서의 상기 라이너부의 외주부에 전달용의 복수 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 자켓의 상단에는 상기 오일 자켓으로부터 상기 오일 자켓내에 공급된 기름이 유출되는 오버플로우 구멍이 설치되고, 상기 오버플로우 구멍이 상기 귀환 통로에 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 실린더 헤드 및 상기 라이너부의 주위벽에 냉각수가 순환하는 물자켓이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
