Description
Claims (19)
- 전기장 또는 자기장의 감쇄를 개선시키기 위한 차페기로 성형될 수 있는 에리먼트를 제조하는 방법으로서, 미립의 플라스틱물질과 섬유의 혼합물에 섬유가 약5내지 35vol.%의 비율로 흠합되는데, 그중 약7vol.%이하는 길이가 약7내지 20mm의 전도성섬유이며, 그 나머지 섬유는 본 명세서에서 정의된 바와같이 높은 탄성계수를 가지며 길이가 약 7내지 50mm의 강화섬유인 미립의 프라스틱물질과 섬유의 혼합물로서 기포가 있는 수성의 디스퍼션을 형성하는 공정, 습식처리방법에 의하여 상기 기포가 있는 디스퍼션으로 부터 웨브를 형성하는 공정, 열과 압력을 가하면서 상기 웨브를 건조 및 콤펙트시키는 공정, 전도성 섬유가 전도성 격자로서 구성된 강화엘리먼트를 형성하기 위하여 콤펙트된 웨브를 냉각시키는 공정을 특징으로하는 전자기적 간섭감쇄용을 차페기로 성형될 수 있는 엘리먼트를 제조하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기포가 있는 디스퍼션이 적절한 계면활성제를 사용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 0.8% 농도의 도데실 벤젠설폰산 나트륨 수용액인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전도성 섬유가 섬유를 강화시키고 전도성을 갖도록 처리함으로써 제공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전도성 섬유가 금속코팅처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 금속코팅부가 알루미늄인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전도성 섬유가 강섬유, 스테인레스섬유, 황동이 도금된 강섬유인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전도성 섬유가 여러가지 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화섬유가 유리섬유인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기포가 있는 디스퍼션이 웨브를 형성되고 유럽특허출원 번호 제85300031.3호(공개번호 제0148 760호)에 기술된 방법 및 장치에 의하여 건조 및 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 분리된 단섬유의 형태인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전도성 섬유가 하나의 층에 집중되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 강화섬유의 제2의 층이 상기 제1의 층에 라미네이트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 각층의 플라스틱 메트릭스가 서로 동일 또는 그와 상응한 플라스틱물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 제2의 층을 형성하는 방법이 유럽특허출원번호 제85300031.3호 (공개번호 제01480 760호)에 기술된 종이제조기의 습식 끝단에 추가된 제2의 해드박스로부터 이것을 내려 놓으므로써 형성되는 것임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 두개의 층 제품이 출원 계속중인 영국특허 출원번호 제8618726호와 제8618727호에 기술된것처럼 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 본 명세서에 기술되어있는 바와같이 차페기로 성형될 수 있는 엘리먼트를 제조하는 방법.
- 미립의 플라스틱물질과 섬유의 혼합물에 섬유가 약 5내지 35vol.%의 비율로 혼합되는데 그중 약 7vol.% 이하는 길이가 약7내지 20mm 의 전도성 섬유이며, 그 나머지섬유는 본 명세서에서 정의된 바와 같은 높은 탄성계수를 가지며 길이가 약7내지 50mm의 강화섬유로 구성되는 섬유격자가 플라스틱 물질의 매트릭스에 혼합된것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 간섭감쇄용 차페기로 성형될 수 있는 콤펙트 된 엘리먼트.
