석출물 정량측정법

첨부된 도면은 본 발명에 의한 주사현미경으로 관찰된 조직 사진으로부터 부식깊이를 측정하는 데 따른 일예도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 강의 조성과 열처리변화조건에 따라 시편(1)의 부식깊이 (te)변화를 고려하여 주사전자현미경에 사용되는 탄소 복제물에 추출되는 시편(1)의 단위부피당 석출물량을 정확히 측정할 수 있도록, 시편(1)의 표면을 3㎛정도 다이아몬드 분말로 미세연마하고, 시편(1)표면의 반정도(s)를 라코미트페인트(2)로 칠한 후 2%나이탈용액으로 일정시간 부식시켜 상기페인트(2)의 벗긴부분(12)과 부식된 부분(11)의 경계면(13) 및 긁힌 자국선(14)을 주사전자현미경으로 확대관찰하여 부식된깊이(te)를 측정하는 방법에 의해 단위면적당 석출물수를 측정된 시편의 부식깊이와 석출물의 평균직경의 비율을 보정하여 석출물량을 정확히 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석출물정량측정법.
