Claims (2)
- 22900V 다중 접지 배전계통에서 과전류가 흐르지 않는 사고를 검출하기 위한 공장 검출장치로서, 데이터 수집부(1)와 고장검출 알고리즘 수행부(2)로 구성되어 있으며 상기 데이터 수집부는 입력신호인 각 급전선 변류기(Current transformer)의 2차측 중성선 전류를 샘플링한 후 적절히 필터링하여 수집하는 기능을 가지며, 상기 고장검출 알고리즘 수행부는 주 CPU파트(6)와 신호처리용 계산파트로 구성되어 고저항 지락사고 검출계산을 실시간(16.66ms)에 수행한 후 고저항 지락사고 발생시 트립신호를 트립용 릴레이에 출력시켜 차단기를 동작시킴으로 배전선로의 고저항 지락사고를 실시간에 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고저항 지락사고 검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고장검출 알고리즘 수행부의 상기 주 CPU파트에서 계산량이 많지 않은 기존의 과전류 계전방식, 방향성 계전방식 등을 수행하고 상기 신호 처리용 계산파트에서 계산량이 많은 고저항 지락사고 검출방식을 수행하여 고저항 지락사고 뿐만 아니라 과전류 지락사고를 비롯한 여러 배전선로 지락사고를 실시간에 검출할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 고저항 지락사고 검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
