Claims (8)

  1. (a) 평균 입자크기가 약 100 아하이고 약하게 가교결합되어 있으며 4급 암모늄에 의해 치환된, 약제학적으로 허용되는 비분해성 입상 폴리스티렌 음이온 교환수지 약 8 내지 약 20중량%, (b) 약제학적으로 허용되는 수혼화성 겔화제 약 1.5 내지 약 16중량%, (c) 약제학적으로 허용되는 천연 또는 합성 감미제 약 0.015 내지 약 10중량%, (d) 약제학적으로 허용되는 유기 산미제 약 0.05 내지 약 2중량%, (e) 하나 또는 그 이상의 약제학적으로 허용되는 향미제 또는 착색제 또는 이의 혼합물 약 0.05 내지 약 5중량% 및 (f) 물 잔여량으로 이루어진 반고형상 분산액의 저콜레스테롤혈증 유효량을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 경구투여용 저콜레스테롤혈증 반고형상 제제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제제중의 수지의 양이 약 12 내지 약 18중량%인 제제.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지가 콜레스티라민인 제제.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 젤라틴이 젤라틴 usp A형인 제제.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 검이 트라가칸스 검인 제제.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 감미제가 아스파탐이며, 산민제가 아디프산인 제제.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지가 콜레스티라민이고, 감미제는 아스파탐이며, 산미제는 아디프산인 제제.
  8. 저콜레스테롤혈증의 치료를 필요로 하는 환자에게 제 1 항에 따르는 제제의 저콜레스테롤혈증 유효량을 경구 투여함을 특징으로 하여 저콜레스테롤혈증 환자를 치료하는 방법.
