제 1도는 본 발명에 따라 일체형 비사이크로닉 고체 분리기를 합체하는 유동화베드 연소기를 도시하는 측입면도이다.
제 2도는 본 발명에 따라 비사이크로닉 고체 분리기를 합체하는 유동화 베드 보일러 시스템의 다른 실시예의 측입면도이다.
제 3도는 본 발명에 따라 비사이크로닉 고체분리기를 합체하는 유동화 베드 보일러 시스템의 다른 실시예의 측입면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 연료입자를 연소하기 위한 베드 연소기 시스템에 있어서, (가) 연소 챔버로부터 고온 연도가스를 통과시키기 위해 상기 베드위에 가스 출구를 가지며 고온 연도가스를 발생시키도록 유동화 가스내에서 유동화 상태로 연료 입자를 연소시키기 위해 연소 챔버를 한정하는 노하우징. (나) 연소 챔버내에서 발생된 연도가스를 수신하기 위해 입구를 가지는 노하우징의 하류에 배치된 연도가스 도관, (다) 연소 챔버로부터 고온 연도가스를 수신하기 위해 노하우징의 가스 출구로 개구된 입구와 상기 입구로부터 간격지고 곡선내벽, 곡선외벽, 및 그 사이를 연장하는 한쌍의 간격진 측벽에 의해 상기 입구에 상호 연결된 출구를 가지는 아아치형 도관을 구비하며, 곡선 내벽의 일부분은 연도가스 도관으로 입구를 가로질러 배치되고, 상기 부분은 고온가스의 첫 번째 부분이 입구를 통해 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관으로 부터 연도가스 도관으로 통과하는 흐름 영역을 제공하는 복수개의 개구를 가지는, 연도가스내의 연소 챔버로부터 운반된 고체 입자를 분리하기 위한 분리기 수단, 그리고, (라) 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관의 내벽을 통과하는 연도가스의 첫 번째 부분으로부터 분리된 고체 입자와 함께 연도가스의 두 번째 부분을 수신하기 위해 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관의 출구로 개구된 고체 수집 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드 연소기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 연도가스 도관쪽으로 입구를 가로질러 배치된 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관의 곡선 내벽은 복수개의 개구를 그 사이에 제공하기 위해 아아치형 도관의 간격진 측벽들 사이에서 횡방향으로 배치된 복수개의 간격진 방열공을 구비하며, 상기 방열공의 각각은 복수개의 방열공들 사이의 개구를 통과하는 연도가스가 흐름방향을 변경시키는 한편 연도가스내에서 운반된 고체 입자가 그곳으로부터 분리되고 분리기 수단을 통해 아아치형 흐름통로를 이동하는 위치에서 곡선 내벽에 대해 접촉하는 상태로 예각으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드연소기.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관은 그곳을 통해 연도가스 흐름의 방향으로 흐름 영역이 계속 감소하는 횡단면 영역을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드 연소기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관은 수직으로 배치된 입구와 수평으로 배치된 출구 사이에서 90도의 각도에 대하는 하향으로 굴곡된 도관을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드 연소기.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 분리기 수단의 아아치형 도관은 수평으로 배치된 입구와 수평으로 배치된 출구 사이에서 180도의 각도에 대하는 곡선 도관을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드 연소기.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 고체 수집 수단은 그곳에서 운반된 고체 입자와 함께 아아치형 도관의 출구를 통과하는 연도가스의 두 번째 부분을 수신하기 위해 아아치형 도관의 출구에 연결된 적어도 하나의 다운 카머 도관을 구비하며, 다운 카머 도관은 연도가스의 두 번째 부분과 그곳에서 운반된 고체 입자가 노하우징의 연소 챔버속으로의 방출을 위해 그곳을 통해 운반되는 흐름 통로를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드 연소기.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 그곳을 통과하는 고체입자를 냉각시키기 위해 적어도 하나의 다운 카머 도관과 연합된 도관 냉각 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유동화 베드 연소기.
