진공청소기의 겸용 브러쉬장치

본 고안은 진공청소기의 겸용 브러쉬 장치에 관한 것으로서 진공청소기에서 브러쉬를 커텐용 브러쉬와 틈새용 브러쉬등 별도로된 브러쉬를 용도에 따라서 진공청소기에 브러쉬를 끼워서 사용하던 것을 커텐용브러쉬와 틈새용브러쉬를 겸용 브러쉬 장치로 구성시켜서 용도에 따라서 간편하고 손쉽게 사용할 수 있게 한것에 주안점을 둔 것이다.
종래의 진공청소기의 브러쉬는 커텐용 브러쉬와 틈새용 브러쉬등 별도로 구분되어 있으므로서 용도에 따라서 커텐용 브러쉬를 진공청소기에 끼워 사용하다가 다시 틈새용 브러쉬를 끼워 사용 하므로서 사용 취급상 불편할 뿐만 아니라 별도로 구성되어 있기 때문에 진공청소기의 생산원가를 상승시키는 등의 결점이 따랐다.
본 고안은 상기와같은 결점을 해소하고자 겸용 브러쉬장치를 구성하여 사용과 취급이 편리하게 한 것으로서 이를 첨부 도면에 따라서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
브러쉬(4)를 설치한 직 사각형 브러쉬본체(1)와 직사각형 분진흡입통(2)을 가진 진공청소기에 있어 분진흡입통(2)의 선단부의 상면에 수개의 걸림홈(11)(11a)(11b)을 형성하고 브러쉬본체(1)의 상부에 설한 구형요입홈(5)의 바닥면에 지지홈(6)과 지지돌기(7) 및 그 내측벽으로는 축수공(8)(8a)을 설하여 저면부에 끼움돌기(6a) 스프링(10)을 장설하는 요구(7a)를 설하였으며 양측벽으로 돌출시킨 손잡이(3)의 삽지돌기(9)(9a)를 축수공(8)(8a)에 삽지 시켜서된 브러쉬본체(1)로 분진 흡입통(2)의 걸림홈(11)(11a)(11b)에서 이동 지지 될수 있게 하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호는 12는 분진흡입통(2)의 안전홈이다.
이와같은 그성으로 형성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
진공청소기의 브러쉬를 커텐용 브러쉬로 사용하고자 할때 브러쉬본체(1)의 손잡이(3)를 누르면 삽지돌기(9)(9a)를 축으로 끼움돌기(6a)가 지지홈(6) 내측으로 들어오게 되는데 이때 분진흡입통(2)을 끼워서 결합끼움돌기(6a)가 걸림홈(11)에 걸리게 하여 손잡이(3)을 놓으면 결합끼움돌기(6a)가 걸림홈(11)에 고정되게 되므로서 커텐이나 헝겊따위를 소재하게 된다.
그리고 손잡이(3)을 눌러서 결합끼움돌기(6a)가 걸림홈(11a)에 걸리게 하여 고정시켜서 틈새용 브러쉬와 커텐용 브러쉬의 중간에 놓이게 하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.
또한 실내의 구석이나 좁은 공간을 청소하고자 틈새용브러쉬로 사용하고자 할때 상기와 같은 방법으로 손잡이(3)을 눌러 결합끼움돌기(6a)가 걸림홈(11b)에 걸리게 하여 고정시켜서 틈새나 구석등의 좁은 공간을 소지할 수 있게 된 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 브러쉬를 커텐용과 틈새용으로서 손잡이를 조절하여 겸용으로 사용할 수 있게 하여 사용 취급이 간편하고 생산원가를 줄일 수 있게한 것이다.

  1. 본문에 상술하고 도면에 도시한 바와같이 브러쉬(4)를 설치한 직사각형 브러쉬본체(1)와 직사각형 분진흡입통(2)을 가진 진공청소기에 있어서 분진 흡입통(2)의 선단부의 상면에 수개의 걸림홈(11)(11a)(11b)을 형성하고 브러쉬본체(1)의 상부에 설한 구형 요입홈(5)의 바닥면에 지지홈(6)과 지지돌기(7) 및 그 내측벽으로는 축수공(8)(8a)을 설하여 저면부에 끼움돌기(6a)와 스프링(10)을 장설하는 요구(7a)을 설하였으며 양측벽으로 돌출시킨 손잡이(3)의 삽지돌기(9)(9a)를 축수공(8)(8a)에 삽지시켜서된 브러쉬본체(1)를 분진 흡입통(2)의 걸림홈(11)(11a)(11b)에서 이동지지될 수 있도록 하여서된 진공청소기의 겸용 브러쉬장치;
