Claims (9)
- 용광로의 하부에 있는 입구와 출구, 용광로의 가스발생로 사이의 강하관형을 이루면서 가스발생로의 상부영역에 있으며 용광로 및/또는 가스발생로의 종축에 대칭적으로 뻗어있는 연결관 및 스크류 콘베이어등과 같은 종축에 대해서 방사상으로 배향된 해면철을 위한 배출수단으로 이루어지는, 용해가스발생로위에 위치한 직접환원용광로로부터 배출된 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치에 있어서, 직접환원용광로(1)로부터 해면철을 배출하기 위한 연결관(1)이 이 용광로의 최저의, 실질적으로 수평한 기저영역과 적어도 대략 수직으로 연결되며, 배출수단(7)이 연결관(4)뒤에 배출방향으로 용해가스발생로의 입구(9,10)에 놓여있으며 또한 가스화매체를 위한 입구(3)가 입구들(9,10)에 아주 인접하고 용해가스발생로(2)의 종축에 중심을 가지고 놓여있음을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가수발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용해가수발생로(2)가 용해가스발생로(2)의 돔(5)내에 있는 해면철을 위한 입구(9)와 통하고, 가스화매체를 위한 중앙유입구(3)와 통함을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가수발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 입구(9)가 가스발생로(2)의 종축에 대해서 수직으로 놓여있고, 유입구(3)가 용해가스 발생로와 돔(5)의 종축에 중심을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스발생로(2)의 종축에 수직으로 뻗어있는 입구(9)가 가스발생로(2)에 대해서 수평상과 방사성으로 놓여있는 배출수단(7)에서 끝나고, 입구(9)로부터 떨어져 있는 배출수단의 부분이 연결관(4)과 통합을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연결관(4)의 단부에 제공된 배출수단(7)의 배출단부와 실질적으로 수직으로 배향된 입구(9)사이에 짧은 파이프소켓(10)이 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저지부재로서 역할을 하는 연결관(4)은, 연결관(4)에 의해서 받아들여지는 해면철 칼럼이 직접환원용광로(1)의 용해가스발생로(2) 사이의 압력차를 보충할정도의 최소길리을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 연결관(4)이 2m인 최소길이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연결관(4)이 해면철에 의한 브리지형성 또는 아이칭을 억제하는 내경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 연결관(4)이 적어도 0.5m의 내경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 해면철과 가스화매체를 용해가스발생로에 장입하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
