Claims (7)
- 대향하는 복수의 전극간에 설치된 90°를 초과하는 트위스트각을 가지는 트위스트 네마틱형의 액정층과, 그 액정층은 사이에 두고 배치된 1쌍의 편광판과, 그 1쌍의 편광판의 사이에 설치된 복국절성을 가지는 필름을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 위상 보정용 위상판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 폴리카보네이트, 폴리비닐알콜, 트리어닐시어노레이트등의 유지재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.
- 대향하는 복수의 전극간에 설치된 90°를 넘는 트위스트 각을 가지는 트위스트 네마틱 형의 1제1의 액정측과, 그 제1의 액정층을 사이에 두고 배치된 1쌍의 편광판과, 그 1쌍의 편광판의 사이에 설치된 트위스트각이 실질적으로 0° 또는 180°인 적어도 하나의 제2의 액정층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정층의 굴절율 이방성(Δn)과 층두께(d)와의 곱이 0.4㎛ 내지 2.5㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정층의 굴절율 이방성(Δn)과 층두께(d)와의 곱이 0.4㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 액정층의 굴절율 이방성(Δn)과 층두께(d)와의 곱이 0.4㎛ 내지 2.5㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 액정층의 굴절율 이방성(Δn)과 층두께(d)와의 곱이 0.4㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
